Taking down of old unserviceable point wiring any type for light, fan, power etc including unserviceable switch, socket, regulator, ceiling rose etc of any make including making good the distrubed surfaces of walls, floors, roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of ceiling fan carefully and deposit in MES E/M Store Yard and refixing the same after painting with synthetic enamel white paint by spraying machine and provide MES No. by black paint, greasing, oiling, minor repair ie rewinding, bearings, wires etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any reapir/replacement item required shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable multistranded, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed in PVC concealed connduit 19/20 mm dia, medium grade ISI marked including cutting chasing for conduits with all fittings /accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected common earth dolly, with terminal boxes GI, sunken boxes 2 mm thick for Modular fittings including acessories as modular surface cover plate with frame, for one light/Fan/Exhaust Fan/bell point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with Steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers.
