Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erecting poles, stay assembly etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling of old brick masonary complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ).

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surface of walls including cornices, plasters etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as directed .

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate as in filling in sunken portion and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 28mm wide inserted in position conforming to design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel windows or ventilators, fixed type, with glazing bars complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc. and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n. exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. using steel conforming to Fe-410 Gde-E-250 complete including drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors, door frame chowkhats etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including necessary cutting drilling and welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forpreparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applied two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrom primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
