Dismantling the damaged RCC (Reinforcement cement concrete) by manual / by using deploying machineries and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing of Health faucet with new one of Two way bib cock tap with flexible hose 15mm dia (METRO) of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

The grouting of EP-10 in the ceiling in the identified points wil be drilled and Ball mounted Non return valve nipples will be fixed by using polyester resin as nozzles for grouting and the epoxy chemicals EP-10 (Fosroc chemicals) will be grouted through the nipples by using the electrically operated grouting machine untill the nozzles refuse the intake of chemicals. After the grouted materials gets dried inside, the nipples will be removed and the holes will be packed with fast setting chemcials to the surface level evenly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
