M& L for Manual boring under roads/hard standing by required T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable through GI Pipe of 40-80 mm bore all as specified and directed.
Supply, intallation testing & commisioning of 630 Amps, breaking capacity 21kA for 3 Sec , non-extensible IP-55 outdoor type SF6 gas insulated 630 Amp aluminium busbar Ring main unit (RMU) comprising of 02 load break switch and 02 outgoing VCB as details below. The LBs/VCB shall be enclosed in robotically welded minimum 2 mm thick non -magnetic, non ferrite stainless steel tank filled with SF6 Gas & IP Class IP-67, leak rate less than 0.1% and tested as per latest IEC 62271-200 international standards. Supply and fixing LED street light of capacity 90 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded PC cover including electronic driver should have system luminaire efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt,CRI>70 ,PF > 0.95,CCTCCT≥5500, IP66,impact resistance IK 07 ,inbuilt protection against lightning , over voltage , short circuit and surge/spike protection device upto 10kV complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for connection of junction box to street light luminaire using wiring with two runs (P-N) of single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade and one run of FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5sqmm single core as earth continuity wire drawn through PVC conduit(Heavy grade) and tiding the same by aluminium strip with the pole complete all as specified and directed. (Two single core 1.5 Sqmm cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm earth conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one run).
