Filling using broken hard stone of specified nominal size, brought from borrow areas arranged by the Contractor, in layers as specified below, for all leads and all lifts, filling, dressing, testing, with all labour,material, equipment, handling, trans- portation, etc., for all types of works at all levels, all complete, as per Specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer:- 63 mm to 45 mm graded hard stone aggregate as per IRC specification for road and bridge, watering and compacting each layer (not exceeding 200 mm in thickness) to minimum of 85 % of original volume of stone stack including filling the interstices of stone aggregates with material as mentioned below: Moorum

Providing, fitting and fixing light gauge troughed permanently colour coated metal decking, as floor / roof decking, having steel feed material of minimum bare metal thickness of 0.8 mm (i.e. excluding thickness of coating and galvanising), galvanised to grade 275 (minimum) as per IS : 277 of minimum yield strength of 250 MPa of drawing grade as per IS : 513 or alternatively aluminium feed material of minimum bare metal thickness of 0.90 mm of aluminium alloy of series 31000 and above as per IS : 737 and IS : 1254, steel / aluminium both colour coated with total minimum coating thickness of 35 microns (nominal) omprising of Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP with silicon content of 30% to 50%) paint or Super-Polyester paint, of minimum 20 microns (nominal) Dry Film Thickness (DFT) on one side over 5 micron (nominal) primer coat and 5 micron (nominal) SMP or Super-Polyester paint over 5 micron (nominal) primer coat (or 10 micron SMP / Super-Polyester paint) on back surface, (SMP and Super Polyester paint shall be of category 3 of AS2728), and of approved profile, ectional properties (suitable for the specified loading / deflection and purlins / runner spacing), colour and shade, at all levels, including all labour, material, handling, transportation, fasteners shall be of specialized coating tested for 1000 hours salt spray test and conforming to class 3 of AS3566, scaffolding, equipment, end and side laps, cutting of openings, preparation of working drawings, testing, etc., all complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructdions of the Engineer.

Providing and application of one pack, ready mix and ready to use, resin / polymer bonded granular textured coating finish, of approved colour, and shade for all types of plastered and / or exposed concrete surface, in all kinds of works, at all levels, including preparation of surface, preparation of working drawing, labour, material, equipment, handling, transportation, mixing, laying, applying finishing, testing, curing, making grooves, scaffolding, staging, etc., all complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer, for following nominal thicknesses:- 2.5 mm (with natural coloured graded stone chips for external finish)

Providing and application of washed stone grit plaster in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying grey cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 kg. of cement per square meter, top layer 15mm white cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1cement : ½ sand : 2 marble chips 10mm size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with nylon brushes and water to expose the stone chips, forming groove of uniform size from 12 mm x 12 mm upto 20 mm x 15 mm in plastered surface, as per approved pattern using wooden batton, all labour, material, equipment, handling, transportation, scaffolding, staging, surface preparation, mixing, mortar, application, plastering, formation of drip course complete as per specification, drawings and instructions of the Engineer (cement will be issued by NTECL at free of cost)
