• The bidder must have minimum 03 years? experience in operating caf�/restaurant/catering services.
• The bidder shall submit valid FSSAI License along with photographs of operating restaurant/caf� and CA-certified experience documents.
• The bidder must have an average annual turnover of minimum Rs. 3.00 Crores during the last three financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 & FY 2025-26) in food business.
• Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements for the last three financial years must be submitted duly certified by Chartered Accountant/Statutory Auditor with valid UDIN.
• The bidder should possess positive net worth certified by Chartered Accountant/Statutory Auditor with valid UDIN.
• The bidder shall submit PAN Card, GST Registration Certificate, FSSAI License, Power of Attorney, undertakings and declarations as per tender conditions.
• The bidder should not be blacklisted/debarred by COMFED, CBI, Railways, Defense, Government Departments, PSU or any other Government organization.
