Fabrication, Erection of Double Pole Structure on 9/11 mtr. long STP with necessary clamps, accessories required including fixing of Top Channel 125X65X6 mm. (2240 mm long) 01 Nos., Dropper Channel 100X50 mm. (2028 mm long) 01 Nos. with arrangment of fixing of 06 nos. 11 K.V. Pin Insulators. Cross Bracing set of MS Angle 01 Nos. Grouting of 02 Nos of STP with cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (2X0.9 Cu.Mtr) and making plinth upto the height of 300 mm from ground and pole grouting depth as per RESPO norms. Painting of poles with primer and enamel paint as per RESPO specification complete in all respect. Providing Danger board, Name plate & Barbed wire. Earthing of both the poles. (STP, Top Channel, Dropper Channel Pin & Pin Insulator provided by department and other required material provided by contractor.)

Construction of masonary plinth suitable for 250/400 K.V.A. Transformer of size 2X2X1.2 Mtrs with complete civil material & 02 Nos.,100X50 mm, M.S Channel 2.0 Mtr. long and M.S Bar 8/10 SWG complete in all respect as per RESPO norms.

Placing of 250 K.V.A. healthy Transformer from out side of yard to plinth with the help of crain and T & P.

Earthing of 11/0.4 K.V Distribution Transformer body and neutral sepertely by way of boring and lowering of ISI marked two Nos. G.I pipe 1.5" dia 20 m deep from the ground level with solid cone at the lower end of G.I pipe. One end of G.I strip of size 50X6 mm. will be connected with neutral and body of the Transformer & other end will be clamped & welded with G.I Pipe as per UPPCL norms (All the material will be arranged by contractor at their own cost.)

AB Conductor Stringing & sagging of 3 phase with necessary clamps, Eye hook, Suspension clamp, A-B type connector etc. on ABC New line as per RESPO specification and direction on E/I. ABC shall be supplied by department.

Laying of 11 K.V. XLPE Cable 3X120 mm2 in single circuit underground as per digging of earth pit of Size 0.60x0.90 with provision of Sand filling and Cover with side brick and Top with Stone pad. (11 K.V. XLPE Cable will be provided by deptt. only)

Lay down the LT XLPE Cable of size 1X240, 1X400, 1X630, 3.5X240 Sq.mm. for making the both side, connection of Transformer after fixing the necessary clamps Lugs and other material required for completion of work including carriage from store center.

Fabrication and erection of wire mesh fencing 02 Mtr. height with a gate and with retaining wall including grouting of fabricated M.S. Angle 65X65X6 mm. support (05 Nos. in a Sub-Station). Painting of fencing/support with all material as per specification/drawing complete in all respect.

Hoisting of 11 K.V. XLPE cable 3X120 mm2. along with 6" dia G.I. Pipe 03 meter long with required clamp etc. (6" dia G.I. Pipe 03 meter long with required necessary all material provided by contractor)

Supply and fixing of 11 K.V. D.O. Fuse set with pin insulator for suitable existing sizes as per RESPO specification. (All material provided by contractor)

Supply and fixing of L.T. Bushing connector/Copper L-piece suitable for 250 K.V.A. Transformer. (All material provided by contractor)

Supply and fixing of Aluminium Lug suitable for 250/400 K.V.A. Transformer. (All material provided by contractor)

Construction of massonary type D.P. box with all the massonary material and provision of 02-O/G tailless fuse unit of 500 A with Cu- bus bar 03 nos for phase and 01 No. for neutral etc. (only PVC Cable 1x400 and 3.5x240mm2 will be provided by deptt. and Other material provided by contractor)

Providing and fixing of Name plate/Board of size 380X250 mm. having 16 gauge M.S. Sheet with written Name of D.T., Capacity, Energisation date with yellow base and words written in blue enamelled colour as per word height 35 mm. with required all clamps, Nut & Bolt and other material required for work. (All material provided by contractor at his own cost)

Providing and fixing of Danger Plate/Board of size 380X250 mm. having 16 gauge M.S. Sheet composed of words "Danger" of word height 35 mm. in english language and ^^[krjk** in hindi language, work height 45 mm. and two Human skulls above two bone shows in cross of size 70 X80 mm. shown symmetically. All Plate/Board paint with red enemelled paint on white back ground with required all clamps, Nut & Bolt and other material required for work. (All material provided by contractor at his own cost)

Note :- 1- All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO. 2- One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work. 3- During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor. 4- Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power. 5- All the old and used material should be taken on book. 6- The quantity may be vary ±10%. 7- GST will be paid extra as legally applicable. 8-The work should be carried out under Bussiness Plan 2025-26. 9-The work will be done as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.
