| 3Polishing wood furniture with Polyurethane based clear polish (ASIAN PAINTS Wood Tech PU Interior or equivalent) in high gloss finish including rubbing old polish on ply/veneer, moulded beadings, plain and carved surface of furniture with sanding cloth/paper of fine and coarse grade, mopping dust, applying, filling holes, joints and cracks with putty and applying special grade PU fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Then applying first coat of PU based clear polish (ASIAN PAINTS WoodTech PU Interior or equivalent) using air compressor & spray gun to give uniform and glossy finish then 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then again fine wet rubbing smooth with sand paper grade 320 OR 400 paper, allowing further drying for 12 hrs. Finally applying second coat of PU polish with compressor pressure spray gun complete as directed. (Note-Glass tops/mirrors, chair cushion etc. shall be protected against damage and covered with polythene to prevent brush-marks complete as directed) | ||||||
