ADDN/ ALTN/ IMPROVEMENT TO FIRE FIGHTING INFRASTRUCTURE UNDER GE AF TUGHLAKABAD

B/R WORKS Taking down existing treatment of any description on roof etc including scrubbing down with water as in roof treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick rendering with cement mortar (CM1:3) on concrete finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of roof top surface for roof treatment using application of water proofing treatment by authorised applicator complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following:- (a) Preparation of roof top surfaces and cleaning all the dust and loose material by brush/blower/grinder including removing of vegetation/plantation from the surface and providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethene modified acrylic roofing system, co-elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethene and fully fibre reinforced, having sun reflectivity index(SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channel and parapets shall treated with crack seal. (c) Applying three coats incuding one coat of primer of polyurethene membrane having coverage @ min 0.75kg/sqm and dilution upto 10% and laying reiforced fibre net and applying two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free fall of apprx 350% (d) The material shall be appplied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as directed. (Note: 6hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained) (e) All auxillary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as part of system.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on bricks wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (CM1:4) on concrete or brick surfaces mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement and finished even & fair as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick rendering with cement mortar (CM1:6) on concrete or brick surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 5mm thick rendering with cement mortar (CM1:4) for ceiling surface finished even & fair as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a Coat of chalk whiting primer, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- work will be strictly executed by mechanised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services)
