REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION GI/DI/CI LINES, CONTROL VALVES AND ALLIED E/M WORKS AT CHH SAMBHAJINAGAR MIL STATION UNDER GE (SOUTH) AHILYANAGAR

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipes, cables or for shafts, wells cesspits, man holes, valve pits etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down unserviceable CI/DI water mains 100 mm bore including all necessary fittings complete from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 4.00 here-in-before but 150 mm bore pipe.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing ductile iron pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class -K 9, conforming to IS 8329 of 100 mm bore in any length, laid in trenches/ pipe support etc, pressure testing after laying complete as per IS- 12288 including styrene butadiene rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Tyton joints required are deemed to be included in the unit rate

All as per serial item No 6.00 here-in-before but for 150 mm bore.

S&F in replacement for CI / DI fittings and specials such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), Collars, Caps, Plugs, Connecting pieces one end flanged and other end socketed or spigot ends or all socketed / spigot ends etc, suitable upto 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down unserviceable unplasticised PVC / HPDE pipes water tubing 20mm bore including all fittings complete from walls /floor or trenches all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking up or down unserviceable unplasticised PVC / HPDE pipes water tubing 25 mm bore including all fittings complete from walls /floor or trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and laying of unplasticised PVC /HPDE pipes water tubing 80 mm bore complete to walls/floors or trenches with all fittings and jointing material /solvent etc including taking down old unserviceable PVC/HDPE peipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking up or down old rusted and unserviceable GI water tubing 20 mm bore including all fittings complete from walls /floor or trenches all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Galvanised iron pipe 20 mm bore, medium grade, in any length, complete including necessary fittings, laid in trenches/duct, including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F Float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe including socket ,reducer etc of size 20 mm bore fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valve (ISI marked), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, suitable for 15 mm bore iron pipe and fixed including testing complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement sluice valve of size 80 mm bore, cast iron, long body, both ends flanged as per IS-14846 and drilled with stainless steel spindle iron wheel head and as per pressure rating PN 1.6, Class I, ISI Marked alongwith nuts, bolts, washers , gaskets etc. incl taking out old/ UNSV sluice valve from valve chamber / trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement mechanical joint having 2 Nos CI / DI Sockets, 1 No CI / DI Collar and 2 Nos styrene butadiene rubber gaskets for 80 mm bore pipe alongwith nuts, bolts, washers , gaskets etc. including cutting CI / DI pipe and reducing to required length for insertion in position of mechanical joint complete conncted with line all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of valve pit/chamber of Internal dimensions 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 1200 mm, using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation, 23 cm thick, fly ash brick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) ,15 mm thick rendering all around the brick work in cement mortar (1:4), 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in coping including necessary form work, 3 coats of white wash on rendered surfaces and on coping, 2 mm thick mild steel top sheet cover with frame made out of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, locking arrangement, including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including demolition of existing valve chamber and clearing the debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI/DI/GI water mains of size 80 mm to 150 mm dia at a given notice by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation in mud/ any type of soil by manual means or by using special T &P etc till locating the fault, De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, deploying T & P till rectification of leakages, RFR in trenches after rectification of leakages after replacement of required pipes and fittings and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) The required lengths of CI/DI/GI pipes and fittings/ specials shall be measured and paid separetely as supply and fixing under relevant items. (b) The quoted rated is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station Sambhajinagar under AOR of AGE E/M. (c) The complaint shall be rectifed by the Contractor within 24 Hrs after receivng the complaint. If the Contractor fails to attend the same a plenty of Rs 5000.00 per day will be deducted from his dues.

Notes :- (a) The required lengths of CI/DI/GI pipes and fittings/ specials shall be measured and paid separetely as supply and fixing under relevant items. (b) The quoted rated is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station Sambhajinagar under AOR of AGE E/M. (c) The complaint shall be rectifed by the Contractor within 24 Hrs after receivng the complaint. Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement, factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) out door type, floor mounted, compartmantalised and IP-54 suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated TPN Copper bus bars 1000 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and with base frame of 50x50x6mm angle iron , powder coated, Front and rear opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement with including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc and jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning and including following items. (Notes : The rate quoted shall include for Cost of dismantling/ taking down old unserviceable LT feeder piller, earth work & excavation for angle iron frame for foundation of panel board upto 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil & PCC (1:4:8), D2 filling in foundation the ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 m GL to the bottom of panel board ).

(c) Multifunctional Digital square type intelligent panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency and Power factor - 01Set. (d) Neon indicating lamps (R, Y & B) - 01 Set Outgoing: (a) MCCB 400 amps, 4 pole, 36 KA with adjustable thermal release, 50 Hz, 415 volts grade - 02 Nos. (b) MCCB 200 amps, 4 pole, 36 KA with adjustable thermal release, 50 Hz, 415 volts grade - 01 Nos. (c) MCCB 125 amps, 4 pole, 25 KA with adjustable thermal release, 50 Hz, 415 volts grade - 01 Nos (d) MCCB 63 amps, 4 pole, 25 KA with adjustable thermal release, 50 Hz, 415 volts grade - 02 Nos (b) Fully automatic Star delta starter suitable for 15 HP pump set - 03 Nos.

Taking up or down CPVC pipe of size 25 mm bore water tubing including all fittings complete from walls /floor or trenches and keeps in safe custody for relaying with rerouting of Pipe lines as per site reqirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying/Refixing only CPVC pipe of size 25 mm bore water tubing complete to walls/floors or trenches complete with all fittings and jointing material /solvent etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note :1. Excavation ,Returning filling and removing for relaying of Pipes measured seprately under respective items of Sch "A" 2. Old pipe retreived from dismantling/taking down shall be reused for laying and refixing.

M&L for Cutting existing road/hard standing surfaces to a depth of 60 cm and 50 cm width and getting out for laying under ground pipe including returning filling in, watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil and filling the trench top with 15 cm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
