It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

As per the prevailing rules, for any use of minor minerals, the contractor has to submit the mineral dispatch permit (MDP) obtained from mines and geology department if mineral dispatch permit (MDP) is not submitted by the contractor along with the bill, the prevailing penalty DMF contribution as per the Karnataka Minor Mineral concession rules 1994 (as amended from time to time) will be deducted from the contractor bill

23)The agencies participating in the tender shall be registered in the Construction Labour Board as per the G.O.No.LD 300 LET 2006 Dated:18-1-2007 and Addendum No.LD 95 LET 2013 Bengaluru Dt:1-4-2013. Also the contractors entrusted with the work shall employ the labours only who have registered in the Karnataka Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board failing which the contractor shall be liable for any further action as deem by the authority, 24)Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms as mentioned in bid document for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with Clause 25.5 of ITT and Clause 43 of the Conditions of Contract for all works, 25)The Bidder shall quote the rates WITHOUT ADDING GST for either materials or works contract (Service). All duties, taxes, and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract, or for any other cause, shall be included in the rates, prices and total Tender Price submitted by the Tenderer, 26)The contractor has to make his own arrangements for procurement of all the required materials and the materials so procured shall confirm to the relevant IS Specifications and obtain necessary quality certificate from authorized quality control, 27)The Contractor is fully responsible for the Equipment / Material until the same is handed over to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER in an operating condition after commissioning. The Contractor is responsible for the proper maintenance of equipment / material as well as protection of the same against theft, elements of nature, damages etc., while in his custody as well as after erection until the same is taken over by the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER under due acknowledgment in writing

28)The tenderer shall also disclose if there are any bankruptcy proceedings against him, The Work Done Certificates shall be issued by the Executive Engineer with indent number mentioned (if work done in Karnataka State), otherwise it shall be issued/counter signed by Superintending Engineer if the work is done in other states, 29)Sub-Leasing/G.P.A of Work is Prohibited, 30)Each Item Of BOQ To be read as with all lead and lifts, loading and un loading charges and as per the direction of Engineer in charge, 31)Uploaded drawings are for TENDER PURPOSE ONLY, 32)The tender processing charges paid by the bidder/ firm/ company are not refundable even if the tenders are cancelled, 33)The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the work listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent, 34)Income Tax : Latest copy of the Income Tax Clearance Certificate and Sale Tax Clearance PAN and TAN Nos. to be uploaded, 35)All other terms and conditions as per KW1 tender documents ARE APPLICABLE, 36)Concerned CAT I (A) caste certificate and domicile certificate, 37)Contractor should up load profit and loss account statement for the last five years, 38)All the specification in the Schedule-B should be read as complete with all lead and lifts,loading and un loading and as per the directios of Engineer in charge of the work, 39)The Defect liability period is 365 days after the completion of work

40)Annual turover certificate along with Balance sheet certified/attested by Chartered accountants should be uploaded with 18 digits system generated unique number (UDIN number), 41)For payments releated to GST contractor should abide to prevalling FD order No FD 417 Exp 12/2024 Bangalore dated 09-08-2024, 42)All the modifications in the Standard Tender Document KW-1 is made as per GO:NO:FD:611:Exp:12:22023 dated 03-02-2024 are applicable for this work, 43)This work is reserved for CAT I contractor in randomization, 44)If the said work consist of MAN POWER then the contractor must up load VALID LABOUR REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, EPF AND ESI registratgion certificate and should not quote the labour rates not lees than the SR RATES, if the quoted labour rates below the SR RATES the bid will be rejected
