Annual Rate Contract for Environmental Services and Civil Maintenance Work at NRPL Rewari as per scope of work envisaged in the tender, Schedule of Rates II and other terms and conditions of the tender. The same may vary depending upon actual site condition. The work shall be executed as per tender conditions, Schedule of Rates and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Bidders are required to quote a percentage less (-) or excess (+) or at par on the rates indicated in the SOR II of this tender document. The percentage rate quoted by the bidder shall be uniformly applicable to all the items mentioned in the SOR II of this tender document. The percentage less (-) or excess (+) or at par shall be quoted in the Price bid/BoQ (excel sheet) only. Having examined the Tender Documents consisting of Notice Inviting Tender, Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract and Material/ jobs specifications regarding various jobs, drawings, Time schedule, Schedule of Rates etc. of the said tender document and having thoroughly studied the requirement of Indian Oil corporation Limited relative to the work tendered for and having conducted a thorough study of job site(s) involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions, labour, power, water etc including office accommodation, transport & all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the terms and conditions and within time mentioned in the tender document, I / We hereby agree to execute the above work at above mentioned % below at par with */ above * the rates specified in the enclosed Schedule of Rates.

"Providing environmental management services for housekeeping and cleaning of all buildings (Admin Building, Control Room & Control Building, Car Parking area) including Sub Station/Transformer area, DG rooms, Compressor Building, Mechanical Workshop, Security Ca bin, Driver Room, Sample Room, MCC Room, VFD Room etc and maintaining excellent standard of hygiene. Buildings are to be kept free o f all dirt, muck, cleaning dirt etc from tables/computers/file racks, cleaning of glass(of table/windows/doors/control room etc) wit h glass cleaner, mopping of floors with soap solution or ordinary water with wet cloth after sweeping the floor with phool broom, re moving cob-webs from walls, cleaning of toilet floor, urinals, washbasins, WC pan and filling of liquid soap supplied by corporation , washing and cleaning complete toilet block and maintaining the same in good hygienic condition etc. including equipment, tools & tackles required for aforementioned works and as per special conditions & technical specifications and to the entire satisfaction o f Engineer-In-Charge. All aforementioned areas is to be cleaned in totality in all buildings on all working days or as and when req uired. Work should be complete in every respect, proportionate deduction will be done in case of any default. Job is exclusive of co nsumables i.e. Detergent, Cleaners, Phenyl, Acid, Phenyl balls, hand wash, dusters etc. which shall be provided by EIC/Site Enginee r on need basis. [UOM: EA shall mean engaging 1 nos. of Unskilled manpower for carrying out the above activity for eight hours a d ay]. [Fixed charges towards wages to be paid by the service provi der/ Contractor shall mandatorily consist of Minimum Wages and staturory & incidental charges as following:- 1. Minimum Wages as per latest notification of Central Government from time to time. 2. PF contribution as per statutory rates in force (employers' share), EDLI 3. ESI Contribution as per statutory rates (employers' share) 4. Monthly Bonus payment at 8.33% - on monthy minimum wage Basic+DA 5.Leave Encashment @1.5 days per Month ] . "Providing environmental management services for sweeping of roads, pathways, tank dyke area, piping area floors (SMPL, MPPL, PRPL, JPNPL and new Manifold area), HTDG & LTDG area, all open areas in plant, removing tree leaves and other wastes etc., collection of scrap and stacking in scrap yard, cleaning of leaked oil, disposing off the oily waste/garbage and other foreign materials to the re spective dustbins/designated places including equipment, tools & tackles required for aforementioned works and as per special condi tions & technical specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. All above area is to be cleaned in totality on all working days or as and when required. Work should be complete in every respect, proportionate deduction will be done in case of any default. "Providing environmental management services for cleanig of all Electrical/RTU/Instrumentation panels with cotton cloths, all JBs, i nstrumentation devices, electrical light fittings, Poles/FLT etc. with cotten waste. Cleaning of cable trenches of cable galleries, cable tray racks, sub stations facilities and other electrical/T&I equipment locations etc including lifting of RCC slabs/Chequerred plates, removing of paper waste jute, mud, or any other unwanted materials lying in trenches & dumping these waste materials in the nearest dust bin or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge., keeping back RCC slabs/chequerred plates in positions taking safety me asures as required etc including equipment, tools & tackles required for aforementioned works and as per special conditions & techn ical specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.Job is exclusive of consumables i.e. Detergent, Cleaners, Phenyl, Acid, Phenyl balls, hand wash, dusters etc. which shall be provided by EIC/Site Engineer on need basis. "Providing environmental management services for thorough cleaning and dusting of Fire Fighting equipments / all MLPU shed equipment s including cleaning of Pumps / Motor, Floor, Piping including newly augmented JPNPL pipe length, valves, all Manifold piping and fl oor, all station piping and equipments, Scraper barrels with associated Piping and valves, Barrel pits, Compressor and Air vessel, D iesel unloading Pump, Diesel Transmix Tank Pump, HTDGs & LTDGs etc with cotton cloths,detergent etc. Job also includes removal of di rt, debris, cobweb at all heights and oil muck from the said areas including cleaning of all equipments installed in these areas and disposal of oily wastes/other waste etc to designated locations. All the above areas are to be kept free of cobwebs and dirt, bird droppings, leaked oil etc. Work is including equipment, tools & tackles required for aforementioned works and as per special cond itions & technical specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. All aforementioned areas is to be cleaned i n totality in all buildings on all working days or as and when required. "Rendering services of the Carpenter/ plumber/ electrician etc. as and when required at the site for various works with all necessar y specilaized tools , tackles etc. to perform their cadre job and carry out rectification with all labour , transportation material s etc. complete. Service should be provided for 8 hours a day. If service is less than 8 hours per day, then deductions will be made on pro-rata basis and accordingly payment will be reimbursed. Payment has to be done as per the minimum labour wages of GOI notific ation of skilled labour. NOTE :1. REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE DONE ON ACTUAL PAYMENT DONE TO LABOURS WITH DOCUMENTARY PROOF. 2. This item shall operate independent of any other item in the SOR. 3. Not to be operated with any other SOR item where labour charges are already included in composite item."

Charges towards payment of revised minimum wages and its impact on PF & EDLI, ESI, Leave and Bonus etc or any other statutory guidel ines by government. The same shall have to be paid by the Contractor to his workers and shall be reimbursed by IOCL to the Contracto r on production of necessary proof of payment.

Charges towards 2 Nos of IFR/year, Safety Helmet/year and 1pair of Safety Shoes/year and 1 winter Jacketwith reflective tape/year - on reimbursement basis upon submission of requisite documents . (Unit "EA" shall the number of regular labour per year)
