Dismantling of laid bedded pointing of any CM Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub floors/sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in flooring over 15 thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match over including white marble stirp/ border 100mm width to match marble complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x450mm x 7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm , in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

ditto as above but in skirting/dado etc over Rendering 10 mm thick Cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, by scrapping existing painted surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
