Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirting, drip moulds and similar work exc. 15 cm but not exc. 30 cm in widths or girth, including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in flooring, including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (20 mm graded aggregate ) as in flooring, including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming joint to full depth at every 3.0 mtr interval and every change of direction and filled with mixture of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight complete all as specified and directed

M&L for dewatering and desilting of existing static water rank of depth not exceeding 2.5 meter including removal of silt to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quantity of silt only be measured and paid. Rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of dewatering with pump/manual.

M & L for cleaning of plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and removing all loose plarticles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pin hole grouting with and including slurry for pin hole treatment and grouting using mix of OPC cement 43 grade, mixed with Dr Fixit URP 301 in specified ratio by injection method as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of Dr Fixit fast flex 113 on walls/floors including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 over surfaces of Dr Fixit fast flex 113 coating with and including mixing of Pidiproof LWP @200ml per 50 kg cement bag as a protective layer finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing liquid Pidiproof LWP or its equivalent approved make.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
