M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 75 x 75 x 75 cm (finished internal dimensions) and 15 mm thick on internal wall surface finished even and smooth external using extra cement and plaster in cement mortar 1:4 and painted flush externally as possible and 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for copping and fixing new angle iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 4 mm thick MS sheet cover two side open with 2 Nos hinges each side and 2 Nos lifting handle and in built locking arrangement including lock and key and surface with two coats of synthetic black paint over a coat of red oxide paint on steel surface including necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work in any type of soil and demolition of damaged existing valve pit , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable non return valve with new non return valve of CI body 80 m to 100 mm bore flanged with rubber packing including nuts bolts and wahsers etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to broken brick masonry valve pit of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.0 cm - 03 Nos and 75 x 75 x 75 cm - 05 Nos (finished internal dimensions ) and remove the old plaster and then use mortar for plaster in cement mortar internally and painter flush externally as possible and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for copping and providing new cover of suitable size made of angle iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 4 mm thick MS sheet cover two side open with 2 Nos hinges each side and 2 Nos lifting handle and in built locking arrangement including lock and key and surface with two coats of synthetic black paint over a coat of red oxide paint on steel surface including necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work in any type of soil , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for drain out the water with the help of pumping set / Gen set / by manually from the semi under ground sump of capacity 1 lakh gallons to 2 lakh gallons capacity , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rough excavation and removing disintegrated material/ rock by diging at Pump house and power house to semi under ground tank to drain out the rain water and then depositing the material / rock 50 mtrs away complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for fabricating, supplying and positioning first aid box made of 1.6 mm CRCA sheet size 0.30x0.25x0.15 mtr duly powder coated painted white inside and outside, FIRST AID BOX letter written with permanent red capital letter on white background including a) Bandage - 04 Nos , b) Tincher bottle - 02 Nos , c) Soframycin - 01 strip , d) Dettol liquid bottle - 01 Nos , e) Scissor / Blade - 01 nos , complete and fix the first air box at location as given by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fabricating & positioning a glow sign board for E/M installation map plot lay out. Translit glow sign board made of GI sheet box frame with aluminium angle support front side transparent glow acrylic sheet 1.2 m x 0.90 x 0.15 m size/coloured glazed lettering on white acrylic sheet back ground using super glow paint and provided with LED light using 1 x 20 watt tube light fitting including internal wiring inside the box, external point wiring from the nearest DB including wall mounting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separate stator / rotar and cutting the complete burnt / defective copper winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing with sand paper for removal of all carbons. (c) Insert a insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves, etc. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temperature for achieveing the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connecting/coupling the motor with pump, connect all electric/earth connection foundation nuts.bolts at its original position and testing on load and complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of the following :- a) DECRIN DOSING PUMP MODEL 96 NGQ51 or equivalent as approved by E-in-C Branch, with adjustable high pressure 0 to 100 PSI, single head gear motored adjustable dosing pump with acccessories including lead tubing, connecting nuts, injuction check valve , clay weight and ferrules. b) ALTOCH DOSING SYSTEM (MODEL ADS-I) or equivalent as approved by E-in-C Branch, electrically operated chlorine dosing tank consisting of 100 liters of PE/FRP MOC with PE/FRP lid and level guage along with single phase electric motor and agitotor with shaft and blade in plastic mounted on tank lid must have port hole for pouring granular chlorination chemical and water when necessary lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid /wall and comprising the following. NOTE : Old chlorination plant shall be deposited to MES Store .
