Construction of Soada Check Dam (RG040060) in Gunupur Block of Rayagada District under MATY 3.0 for the Year 2026-27

Clearing shrub jungles & uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees of below 1.00 Mt. girth on pre-measurement including removal of debries & depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and de-lifts etc. with supply of all labour and T & P requried for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc.interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification & as directed by Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lift from the place of excavation supplying all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.(Measurement will be taken on finished Level Section)

Excavation in approved type of soil free from all roots waste materials kankars in approved borrow area by manual labour or by mechanical means or by both loading in to and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the earth with all leads and lifts on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and removing un-desirable materials and leveling the earth in 22.5 cm. layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding cost of watering and compaction in dam and dyke for all height measured above the un-stripped average ground level including construction and maintenance of coffer dam as and where required and construction maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area including jungle clearance and stripping of borrow area including trimming the extra partially compacted earth beyond the design section etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.(Measurement will be taken on finished Level Section)

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for CC/reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, supplying all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for immediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials and labours,T&P, conveyance, royalty and taxes required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the HYSD bars and placing in position as reinforcement and anchoring including lapping where necessary including cost of HYSD bars & binding wire with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement point including cost, conveyance, labour, T&P & all taxes required for this item etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M15 grade with 20 mm down grade crusher broken hard granite chips quarried & free from weathered skin of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer with all leads & lifts including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by Vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m in depth finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty,EMF, DMF, additional charge and other taxes of all materials supplying all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement Cement concrete in (M 20) with 20 mm down grade crusher broken hard granite chips quarried & free from weathered skin of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by Vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m in depth finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty,EMF, DMF, additional charge and other taxes of all materials supplying all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing 25 mm. dia anchor bars in foundation rock including drilling 35 mm. dia holes, fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of M.S. rods for dams, barrages and power house structures including pull testing of 30% of anchors. (Depth of hole only to be measured for payment purpose).

Providing weep holes in Brick masonary/ plain/Reinforced conscrete abutment, wing wall with 100mm dia AC pipe through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V:20H including cost, conveyance, Rayalty with Labour, T & P and other taxes of all materials etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.
