SCHEDULE "A" PART - X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

Supply and fix solid state electronic type aviation obstruction light fitting 10 watt LED with cast aluminium poly carbonate red colour, connecting and testing complete on top of buildings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Timer Switch electronic type including necessary connection fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm dia as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI strip upto 7.5 meter long and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type C1 chamber, GI funnel, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4kg/sqm with frame test box including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for applying 2.5 mm thick retro reflective painting of specified shade/ colour etc., either continuous or broken lines, to the required width and length over the existing painted surface/ new bituminous surface with solvent based road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) including supply of paint material at the rate of 5 Kg per Sqm and glass beads at the of 0.35 Kg per Sqm (Reflective Index 1.5) using fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass bead dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road including all materials, labour, T&P and cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Yield testing for tube well by turbine pump and motor (Diesel engine driven) for discharging capacity upto 5000 Gallon/Hr as per IS requirements. Note:- Yield test of bore well shall be carried out in presence of representative of accepting officer.

Sanitary sealing of tube well with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of suitable size using 20 mm graded aggregate complete as specified and directed

Testing of water from approved Govt lab for portability by doing chemical analysis as per norms of WHO and submission of test reports to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install test and commissioning pump set submersible electric driven 3 phase motor 415 volts, 50 Hz, capable of lifting 2.5 ltr/sec to a head of 150 mtrs of capacity not less than 7.5 HP including all accessories complete. Above 5WHP upto 10WHP. Note:- (i) The pump size, i.e head and discharge mentioned is minimum required at site, however, the actual size shall be arrived after doing necessary yield test.

Supply and fixing Booster pumps for 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz Confirming to IS- 12469:1988 With CI Casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz 36m head, 450LPM discharge inclusive of starter and PCC foundation (5HPX2 One working and one is stand by) complete all as specified and directed.
