TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY

Mobilization /demobilization of survey equipment's with its accessories and survey staff from office to the site etc. All complete as directed by Engineer -in- charge

Carrying out topographical survey of the plan area with total station giving traverse of surveyed area, spot levels at interval of 5 mtr c/c and marking of existing major structures & roads, showing contours at 2 Mtr interval complete.including mobillization of survey equipments with its accessories and survey staff etc. all copmlete as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing 300x300xx800 mm CC permanent bench mark pillars (planting depth : 400 mm) including excavation, cost of conveyance of material and painting with identification mark etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing 15x15x90 cm boundary stone of hard stone with top 30 cm chisel dressed on all four sides including top (cost of excavation, refilling and concrete etc. to be paid for separately).

Preparation of survey drawing on auto cad submission of four sets of survey reports / drawings and one set of soft copy (CD) with the following. (i) Travers of spot levels (ii) Contour maps

Add for excavation & concreting of boundary stone.

GEO - TECHNICAL INVESTIGATION

Mobilization and De-mobilization of tools & Equipment from laboratory to site and back including shifting from one bore hole to another bore hole for, Conducting soil investigation works at site.

Making 100/150mm dia size dia bore in any soil strata up to 10 m depth and collecting/conducting SPT/UDS/DS ( For 3 nos Bore holes which ever applicable) at the depths of 1m, 2m, 3m, 4.5m, 6m, 7.5m, 9m, 10.0m.

Carrying out various laboratory tests of SPT/UDS/DS samples at alternate depths (Which ever applicable) :-

(i) Sieve analysis

(ii) Atterberg's limit

(iii) Field moister content

(iv) Bulk density

(v) Specific gravity

(vi) Free swell Index

(vii) Shear test for cohesion & angle of shearing resistance.

Conducting Soaked CBR Test as per standard IS norms.

Testing charges for water samples.

Conducting electrical resistivity test as per IS: 14761-2000

Submitting of sub soil investigation Report in triplicate giving site plan showing test points sub soil profiles, results of field investigation laboratory test results, calculation of safe bearing capacity, recommendations & precaution regarding type of foundations.
