Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling any description including cement bedding (not backing) removal serviceable filed to store and rubbish off premises.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with and including integral waterproofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement of DR FIXIT of PIDILTE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No. 1 (LIQUID) as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete.

Taking down existing treatment along with PCC padding of any thickness incl removing Old roof any pattern and roughening surfaces of old concrete roof padeling by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 using mixed with and including integral waterproofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement of DR FIXIT of PIDILTE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No. 1 (LIQUID) as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete and finished (including up to 4th storey building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water proofing compound shall be not measured & not paid separately.

M&L for roof and wall treatment applying PU & Acrylic based Elostomeric Coat in UV or HV shafe having OVOC coating apply two coat to project of roof and for wall Anti-Dampness & Anti Efflorensence Hydroloc any weather proof condition External & Internal wall and roof treatement over clean plastered surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Make Asian/Dr fixit/Berger and eqlt.

Filling and reinstating of separation cracks: Opening the separation cracks at the junction of RCC and masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2 to 3" from either side of the cracks by carefully marking areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully/carefully chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the consultant as instructed and directed. Moistening the cracks, provinding and applyin priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" and cement (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/grooves by providing and applying "Polyalk EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded Sand/Quartz Sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in the level with the existing plaster including hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc inside shafts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 15mm thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations in two coats of masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including providing water proofing compound to the first coat of plaster as per manufacturers specification, inclunding racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, and neccesary scaffolding etc complete.

M & L for applying two coats of Advanced Anti-algal Weather/damp Proof 100% acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives, over a coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane (Anti fungal paint) on new plastered surface wall/ ceiling and corniers incl preparation of surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent slats brading oil and greasy spots etc and making proper surface by applying ready mix preparatory wall care putty of birla wall care or equivalent wherever reuired complete all as manufacture instruction (Manufactured by : Asian Paints Damp Proof + Ultima Suprema or equavalent make). Note : The application of paint to be done by the authorised applicator of Asian paints or equavalent make and contractor shall submit a written gurantee with the authorised dealer of 8 years for any type of colour fading, peeling, flaking, growth of fungus, seepage of water through the paint applied area of any other damaged to the paint. Also the dealer shall appoint a person to inspect and validate the application of the system in stage wise manner.

Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on external and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if required in the opinion of the consultant), carefully with chisel and hammer including relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed load partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. Providing and applying "Rusticide SS' Rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of r/f, cleaning, washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to exising r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrates complete as directed. Providing and applying 'Polyalk EP' or equivalent as specified in the brand names. Polymer modified cement mortar in required porportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

M & L fpr Apply a coat of SmartCare Primero with dilution ratio of 1:1 with water maintain a coverage of 100 sq.ft/ltr iclunding removing all durt and filling cruck surface with water proofing chemical mixed with CM 1:3 on wall complete as per Manufacturere specifications

Supplying and applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 550% and tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A Hardness of min. 45 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation, water based primer and applying SmartCare PU Magnum or approved equivalent in two to three coats to achieve a min. thickness of 1.2mm, etc. complete as per Manufacturere specifications

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick work or concrete surface on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fungal paint-APEX wting over a coat of primer to match the existing colour including preparation of newly plastered surface of wall all as per Specified and directed.

M/LReplacement of steel reinforcement with TMT CSR bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Super fluid microconcrete-Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, water proof plywood/steel plate shuttering, pouring, tamping, consolidating, curing etc complete as per manufacturer's specification and consultant's instructions. The item shall be paid on actual consumption of microconcrete.

M/L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch- ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, column ,cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Material and labour for one coat of oil bound distemper on wall including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existance treatment of old wall and applying a layer of 3mm thick wall care putty in two coat on wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material &Labour for Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where equired and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges and cutting chases for concealed water tubing, and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth.

Material and Labour for cleaning of bushes/plants/vegetations on walls/roof/chajjas/ceilings and removing/digging out the roots filling the hole and including applying antigrowth chemical and making good surfaces with cement concrete type, B1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as directed by Engr-in-Charge...

Disconnecting existing tanks Exc 250 & n exc 500 capacity , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume( hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon, AZ 150 gm/sqm both side) , Zincalume (steel) based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick ,of an approved colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, and finished with resin coat on both surfaces as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,including flashings , ridges, valley etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Removing building/wall material etc.to a distance out of MoD Land beyond the lead including in the rates, including loading, unloading & stacking at the destination and Each load of material not less than 5 Cum and all as specified and directed by User or GE.
