Supply and fixing in replacement of GI Pipe column pipe heavy grade, 100 mm bore 3 mtrs long coupled with heavy grade suitable size of MS flanges 16mm thick duly welded on both sides as directed including necessary nut and bolts with washers & rubber packing required at site condition and lowered in to the bore well including taking out old unserviceable Column pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (length of each column pipe shall be 3 Mtrs) (Note : - taking out and Lowering of Submersible pump set shall be measured and paid under respective item)

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI Pipe column pipe heavy grade, 80 mm bore 3 mtrs long coupled with heavy grade suitable size of MS flanges 16mm thick duly welded on both sides as directed including necessary nut and bolts with washers & rubber packing required at site condition and lowered in to the bore well including taking out old unserviceable Column pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (length of each column pipe shall be 3 Mtrs) (Note : - taking out and Lowering of Submersible pump set shall be measured and paid under respective item)

Attending emergency breakdown of water supply installations where directed including taking out defective submersible pump set of capacity 10 to 25 HP, column pipes from bore well and transporting the defective pump set from site to MES store yard for repair and re-lowering submersible pump set including column pipes in the existing borewell and transportation of serviceable pump set from MES store yard to borewell and install, testing, commissioning the same in existing position and making water supply and electric connection as per existing for smooth running of pump motors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of startar and rotor of submersible motor of 25 HP capacity with water proof insulated copper wire as per existing gauge to achieve the specified/required RPM including taking out old burnt out unserviceable winding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of startar and rotor of submersible motor of 20 HP capacity with water proof insulated copper wire as per existing gauge to achieve the specified/required RPM including taking out old burnt out unserviceable winding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of startar and rotor of submersible motor of 17.5 HP capacity with water proof insulated copper wire as per existing gauge to achieve the specified/required RPM including taking out old burnt out unserviceable winding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of water proof submersible cable size 10 sqmm 3 core copper conductor, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade, configuartion 140/0.3, protected by means of metal clip alongwith the pump body and connected to pump motor through water tight sealing joints including taking out old unserviceable submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing in repair of water proof submersible cable size 16 sqmm 3 core copper conductor, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade, configuartion 140/0.3, protected by means of metal clip alongwith the pump body and connected to pump motor through water tight sealing joints including taking out old unserviceable submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge .

S&F in repair of automatic star delta motor starter of capacity up to 25 HP, relay max. range 17 to 25 Amp, 415 volts, 3 phase, with contactor including taking down the old/unserviceable star delta motor starter complete as specified and as directed.

S&F for MCCB, 4 pole, 415 V with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting, 63 Amps of breaking capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Bus bar chamber indoor type of 200 A copper busbar , IP 54 designed facotry made for TPN Configuration in a metal enclosure complete incl termination of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair of digital type water level indicator 150mm size digital display cable system including stem insertion for sensing the water level suitable for overhead water reservior with suitable fixing arrangement and other accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning de-sludging and removing of all scales and dirt etc. from external surfaces/at platform OH pressed steel tank of capacity 8000 to10000 gallons installed at height of 15 to 40 feet staging complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair bracing, supports, cleats, clamp, etc as per existing size and thickness fabricated from stuructural steel such as angles, flat, channel, etc as required for pressed steel tank & staging at 12 m to 15 m height including cutting, drilling holes, welding as necessary to suit the site requirement and including two coats of lead free black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water internally and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer externally after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 5mm thick including taking out jointing bolts, nuts, washers, etc from 10000 gallons over head pressed steel tank installed at 12 to 15 m high staging for repair, cleaning, replacement of unserviceable plates, etc and removing unserviceable plates from site and keeping serviceable plates, bolts & nuts in safe custody for reuse in work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of staging/working platform as involved for the above operation in deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

S&F for factory made pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 5mm thick placed on existing position at 12 m to 15 m high staging of over head water tank including necessary jointing/connecting materials such as lead wool, rubber gasket, bituminous compound with & including (new) mild steel bolts, nuts, washers, etc as required at site to make the joints perfectly leak proof all as per manufacturer's insturctions including testing of water tightness of the tank complete and including painting with two coats lead free black bituminous paints suitable for drinking water internally over a coat of primer and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer externally after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable pressed steel plate obtained from item No 104 above after necessary repair, adjustment, cleaning, washing etc and connecting with jointing materials such as lead wool, rubber gasket, bituminous compound, bolts, nuts & washers etc as required to make the joints perfectly leaf proof and testing for water tightness of the tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Old serviceable bolts & nuts obtained from item No 104 above shall be reused after cleaning. (b) New bolts, nuts & washers wherever required as a replacement of old one as directed by the Engr-in-Charge shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only under relevant item.

Dismantling existing pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 3.75m x 3mm thick including taking out jointing bolts, nuts, washers, etc from 10000 gallons over head pressed steel tank installed at 12 to 15 m high staging for repair, cleaning, replacement of unserviceable plates, etc and removing unserviceable plates from site and keeping serviceable plates, bolts & nuts in safe custody for reuse in the work all complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of staging/working platform as involved for the above operation in deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

S&F for factory made pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 3.75m x 3mm thick, placed on existing position at 12 m to 15 m high staging of over head water tank including necessary jointing /connecting materials such as lead wool, rubber gasket, bituminous compound with and including machine made (new) bolts, nuts, washers, etc as required at site to make the joints perfectly leaf proof all as per manufacturer's instructions and including painting with two coats of lead free black bituminous paints suitable for drinking water internally and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer externally after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of old joints of plates in position by unscrewing the jointing bolts, taking out jointing materials such as lead wire/tapes, lead wool, gasket, bituminous compound and replacing with new machine made bolts, nuts, washers as per existing size, gasket, lead wool, bituminous compound suitable for portable water and MS cleats wherever required complete to make the existing defective joints perfectly leak proof and testing for water tightness of the tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note : New bolts, nuts & washers wherever required as a replacement of old one as directed shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only under relevant item.
