Taking down unserviceable LED street/ security/flood light fittings of any type/wattage/make etc fitted on LT poles, High Mast light poles, building etc for repairing including complete dismantling, checking for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts as required and making the LED light fittings operational to give rated illumination by replacing unserviceable spare parts and refixing the same at existing location or any other location as directed at site and making electrical connections with existing wire complete all as directed. Notes - (i). Cost of taking down carefully from existing position after disconnecting electric connections, sealing cable ends, bringing to MES store yard (If required for repair), is deemed to be included in this item quoted. (ii) Cost of supply and fixing of major items required to make the lights serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under item No 2.01 to 2.04 of this schedule. (iii). Cost of items or works not mentioned under item 2.01 to 2.04 and however required to make the lights serviceable will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item.

Electronic LED driver suitable for LED street light fitting capacity 20/25 Watt make and specification as installed at site.

Electronic LED driver suitable for LED street light fitting capacity 30/45 Watt make and specification as installed at site.

Electronic LED driver suitable for LED street light fitting capacity 60/70 Watt make and specification as installed at site.

Electronic LED driver suitable for LED street light fitting capacity 90/120 Watt make and specification as installed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet moulding compound junction box shock and rust proof, termite resistant, tamper proof single phase, two wire rating of size 250 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm complete with one no. MCB SP 6 Amp including non metallic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole /wall complete. Make - Sintex Cat part No GSJB 2520 or equivalent in Hensel/ABB.

S&F in renwal of street light bracket made of GI pipe medium grade bend in shape of 40 mm dia, 1.2 m long and clamped with 2 pairs of 30 x 5 mm flat iron clamps, nuts/bolts/washers & painted with 2 coats of aluminium paint over coat of a red oxide primer on clamps complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS clamps including nuts, bolts and washers made out of MS flat strip 30x5 mm thick including cutting, bending, drilling holes in shape and size as per the pole size and fixing with PCC/steel tubular pole for holding of GI pipe brackets for mounting of street lights all as directed at site.

M&L for dismantaling of old cracked/unserviceable PCC poles/struts any type and size.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 9mtr long type 410 SP-31 complete with base plate and closed at top, painted internally throuout and externally up to the embeeded depth with two coats of black bitumnous paint and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED security light 25 watt IP 66, pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant toughened glass with light intensity not less than 2500 lumens including fixing on pole or any other location with the help of existing GI bracket including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as directed at site. Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured, heavy duty LT 1100 volts grade cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches / pipes, fixed to poles / walls, fixing with suitable saddle/clamps complete all as directed including taking out the old burnt out cables all as directed of size 10 sqmm 2 core.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured, heavy duty LT 1100 volts grade cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches / pipes, fixed to poles / walls, fixing with suitable saddle/clamps complete all as directed including taking out the old burnt out cables all as directed of size 16 sqmm 4 core.

Excavating in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Measurement shall be taken after gentling puning of sand.

Supply and Laying Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, size 250mmx150mm x40mm complete as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete M-7.5 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling of pole etc complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary formwork and finished surfaces complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, flat, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections for providing electrical connections to existing security/street lights of size 4 Sqmm twin core complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost complete.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.0 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I and incl 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and chaarcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete.
