SCH 'A' PART-I (VITRIFIED TILES AT P-1 BUILDING) M&L light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including over Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling the old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in wall etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces for skirting and dado in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling the old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment of old distempered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down, stopping including brooming down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete including 3mm thick putty work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite as in Steps (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, grinding, moulding & polishing over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in Cement Mortar 1:4 including dismantling the old unserviceable tiles including backing plaster/bedding layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in skirting/dado over plaster & jointed witht grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting & polishing of type over and including rendering 10mm thick as fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces for skirting or dado in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling the old unserviceable tiles with backing plaster/layer complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (TOUGHENED GLASS DOOR AT P-4 BUILDING) Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exc.1.5 but n. exc. 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick Work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for Openable Glass Door Premium 12mm thick tinted dark gray colour toughened glass doors with all necessry fittings such as handle stainless steel size 450 mm length, dia 38 mm, 01 Nos each shutter, top pivot, top patch, floor spring, botton patch, with Locking system etc,size of door (1.00 x2.00 M) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with deocrative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick teak wood lipping,fixed with nails to external surface of boards complete all as specified and directed

S&F Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel bright finish or electrogalvanised with width of flaps (When open) 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2 nd class Hard wood of Plain fillets. square, rectangular sectional area exc 13 & n.exc 25 Sqcm clean sawn, secured/ fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy fabricated type aluminium handles 100mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roller blinds sun screen and vertical size as per window size (Material 100% Synthetic cloths) with head rail chain. Top fix or universal extension brackets that co-ordinates with the roller channel size 38mm approved by engineer -in-charge, complete all as specified and directed.
