Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish of the premises , complete all specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300x600 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for white ceramic non-skid tiles area of tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm and 7-8 mm thick laid in floors, set and jointed in neat cement to match the shade over complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Virified Ceramic tiles double charge 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 4 but as in dado/skirting etc over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L granite 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white/coloured cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite store including cutting and polishing etc complete.

All as per item no. 8 but on dado/skirting
