Repair to unserviceable switch board, disconnected electric connections, unscrewing board from its existing position and taking out all fittings/fixtures such as switches, sockets, regulator etc. cleaning, re-fixing serviceable switches, sockets, regulator, checking all point wiring connection connected with switch board and reconnect, tight loose connection/joint if any, replace switch socket if unserviceable including all connected petty repairs as required and making serviceable switch board in all respect, making all electric connections incoming and outgoing carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- New switches, sockets, regulator etc. if required for replacement in lieu of unserviceable, the same shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only and labour for fixing shall be included in unit rate of this item).

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos- 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw.
