The LEDs used should have CCT 3000K, ≥ 110 lumen / watt , PF ≥0.95, Surge Protection ≥3.5KV. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered & La Enchante of make Tisva or equivalent manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement energy efficient wall mounted LED bulk head light fitting ≥10 watt, Outdoor IP 65, LED Bulkhead Light, CW 6500K , PF>0.95 and Voltage rated 220V to 240V etc complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully unserviceable of aluminium point wiring complete except for ceiling or where not feasible fan / plug / bell and excluding fittings, switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulator etc. and making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface of roof / wall / floor by applying putty and applying colour / white wash finish complete all as specified and directed.
