Construction of Concrete Road At. Ekburji Tq. Washim Dist. Washim Under Paryatan Vikas Yojana 2025-26

Item No. 1 :- Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m. & spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. [MORTH 301] (S.S.R. I.No. 2.11 )

Item No. 2 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means - Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 mm) Aggregate) [MORTH 404] (S.S.R.I.No. 3.20)

Item No. 3 :- Construction of Granular Shoulder of 150 mm thick close graded material, conforming to Clause 401 of MORTH Specification and having soaked CBR not less than 30% , granular layer compacted to at least 98% of maximum dry density determied as per IS:2720 (Part 8), also the remaining specification conforming to Section 300 of MORTH. (Murum is not allowd). Constructed by MIx in place Method and grading etc. completed and as directred by Engineer Incharge (Rete Approved as per S.E. P.W. Circle Akola Lr. No. 657/ P.S.-2/2023 Dt. 31/01/2023)

Item No. 4 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix / ready mix M10 cement concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary centering, formwork, bailing out water, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with natural /artifical sand) [BR.5 P.No. 105 & B.7, P.No. 38] (S.S.R.I.No. 12.25)

Item No. 5 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-20 cement concrete of trap /granite /quartzite /gneiss metal for approach slab / Rigid pavement including compacting, finishing, curing etc. complete. (excluding reinforcement) (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed etc ), cement 6.40 bags/cumt) [CD.15 P.No. 168 & B.7. P.No. 38] (S.S.R. I.No. 11.25)

Item No. 6 :- Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 mm wide and depth 60mm. .in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 48 hours of casting of bay / slab etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 mm. wide at top having depth of 15 mm. as directed by Engineer incharge.
