Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechanical/manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per Technical Specification Clause 1603.1 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts in all kind of soils and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specifications including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD specifications including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement :4 Sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including cost of formwork and carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 cement concrete 1:1.5:3( 1 cement :1.5 Sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of formwork and carriage of material in all leads and lifts. in wall, flat surfaces, floors etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(NTC/Ashok PanjlaTiles/NTCCI/M/S Dalal Tiles Pvt. Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
