Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms.

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick WBM Grade II using 1 cum of 75mm to 22.4mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10 Sqm. of 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel, forming edge bunds, watering with all leads for good water slurrying, rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing as per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all incidental charges etc., complete for BOTTOM LAYER

Providing and laying WBM 75mm compacted thickness using Grade III metal using one cubic metre of 63 – 11.2mm IRC size HBG metal with 0.24 cubic metre of gravel of blindage per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges for stacking spreading road side and stack to them departmental gauge including all labour charges for spreading metal and sand gravel mix hand packing to compac watering with all leads for water and compaction by 8-10 tones power roller including hire charges and fuel charges for power rollwr water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed barrcating etc.,completed as per clause 404 of M.O.R.T.specification.

Applying tack coat over WBM surface (not treated with primer) using 4Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 24.40 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete .(Plastic Waste)

Road Marking With Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound With reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH&H specification No.803

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT Scheme including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
