Regrading terracing of mud plaster covered with tiles or bricks in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud plaster to proper, slope, relaying mud plaster Gobri leaping and tiles or bricks grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement and 3 fine sand) including replacing unserviceable tiles, or bricks with new over and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground within 50 m lead (The cost of new tiles or bricks excluded). (CSR no 31.11)

Applying bitumen on roof including heating and carrying to roof. (CSR no 13.53)

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia SWR U.P.V.C Rain water pipe (ring fitted type-A) as per IS:13592 including jointing during masonary complete as per spefications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(If fixed on wall face clamp to be paid separatly as per respective item ) (CSR no 13.74)

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia SWR U.P.V.C bend for Rain water pipe as per IS:14735 including jointing complete as per spefications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (CSR no 13.75)

Top Khurra 0.6m x 0.6m for rain water pipe in 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 over 50mm thick concrete 1:8:16. (CSR no 13.45)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 gola 10cm x 10cm concave quadrant along junction of roofs with parapet wall finished smooth, where specially specified. (CSR no 13.55)

Bottom khurra on ground 1.2m 0.6m consisting of bricks on edge laid in cement mortar 1:3 over 7.5 cm cement concret 1:8:16 including 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (CSR no 13.51)

Dismantling of floor tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including dismantling of cement concrete base and disposal of malba at a suitable place within a distance of 100 Mtrs of the complex complete in all respect. (CSR no 30.95)
