Supply of outdoor type 300 Watt ±10% (nominal) antiglare type, narrow beam LED flood light fixture with minimum lumens output of 95 lm per watt, minimum lifetime of 50000 burning hours and having aesthetically designed single piece pressure die cast extruded aluminium/aluminium alloy housing, heat sink with general spread optics having IP-65/66 including accessories such as LED of approved make, electronic gear/driver with surge protection confirming to relevent IS standard/IEC 64EC 61643-II class-2 & EN 61643-II type-2, open/short circuit protections, power factor correction facility equal to 0.95 or more and total harmonic distortion less than 10%, suitable for mounting on carriage of High Mast lighting tower/ GI angle structure and on operating voltage of 140 V to 280 V AC and frequency 50Hz +/-5% etc. complete as per approved makes & enclosed technical specifications.

Supply and installation of thermoplastic cable junction box of size 130 x 180 x 77mm (LxBxH), IP66/67 protection, weatherproof, cable entries via knockouts, bracket, along with connector terminals suitable for termination of minimum 6 nos. Copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured/ un-armoured power cable of size Upto 3C x 2.5 sq.mm. complete as required.

Supply and making end termination with water tight heavy duty polyamide cable gland with IP68 protection for termination of 3C x 2.5 sq.mm. Copper conductor armoured XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable complete as required.

Design, fabrication, supply and Installation of GI flat/ GI angle/ GI channel structures of different sizes and upto 3 mtr. height on roof top of terminal building for installation of 300W/150W LED flood light fixtures fabricated from 75 mm x 40 mm x 4.8 mm GI Channel as base support, 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm GI angle as main frame and support members and having 50 mm x 5 mm flat iron intermediate support members including grouting the structure with cement concrete duly painted by synthetic enamel paint after applying two coats of approved primer.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired 300W/150W, LED flood light fixture along with all accessories on GI angle/ GI channel structure/ wall surface including supplying and fixing 3 core 2.5 sq. mm FRLS, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable from cable junction box to fixtures connector terminals complete as per site requirements.

Supply of 3C x 2.5 Sq. mm XPLE insulated, PVC sheated, armoured, Copper conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part - I) as required.

Supply of 3.5c x 35 sq.mm. XPLE insulated, PVC sheated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part - I) as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders or angle iron floor mounting supports including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc as required. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Laying of 50mm dia (outer) HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) duct direct in ground up to a depth of 75 cm under hard/concrere/bituminous surface including breaking all type of surface and refilling the trench complete with fitting, cutting and jointing etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5c x 35 sq.mm.

Earthing with G.I. pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe etc with charcoal or coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
