REPAIR/ MAINT OF WATER COOLERS, REFRIGERATORS, DEEP FREEZERS AND AC AND REPAIR/ REPALCEMENT OF OLD INTERNAL WIRING, ELECT FITTING AND FIXTURES IN MD/ OTM ACCN AT SANGRUR UNDER GE (SOUTH) PATIALA

AIR CONDITIONING Overhauling and servicing of split type ACs 1.5 Ton / 2.0 Ton capacity of any make, opening top and side covers disconnecting all electrical controls components and carry out of following tasks at different location of different establishment and testing the same after overhauling / servicing complete including the following :- (a) Inspection opening (dismantling) washing the condensor and cooling coil complete with chemical followed with pressurized water jet complete as required and cleaning with air blower and testing complete (b) Checking / examine operation of condensor, blower motor, cooling coil and checking the air circulation to ensure complete movement of working part trouble free (c) Inspection of leakage in system (cooling) and removal obstruction if any (d) Checking and correction earth continuity of electric items (e) Checking servicing thermostat and over load and other spares and test its functioning (f) Inspecting all electrical connection and remove if any defects (g) Checking servicing and greasing oiling of blower motor (h) Checking the functional of electronic remote control unit to ensure satisfactory functioning of unit complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Spare parts shall be measured andpaid separately. (b) Repeated complaints of same air conditioner will not be measured again and no extra payment will be made. (c) Rate of visit against complaint deemed to be included in the rate quoted above.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but window type AC of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out leakage testing of split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 / 2.0 TR of existing make and type, charging dehydrated Nitrogen gas upto 280 PSI in refrigerant system for a period of 24 hours for detecting leakages and repairing of tubing by brazing / welding suitably and repeating the pressure test to obtain 100% leak proof condition in the system, charging the refrigerant gas R-22 / 410-A/R-32 and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but window type AC of cap 1.5 TR of existing make and type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable, burnt out sealed unit compressor by means of unscrewing foundation nut bolts disconnecting from suction & discharge side mechanically and electrically and S&F new sealed unit compressor of approved make and capacity 230 Volt AC including transportation, brazing work, laying of extra copper tubing, pressure testing, dehydration complete all as specified and as directed. (I) Compressor for Window type AC of capacity 1.5 TR

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but Compressor for Split type AC of capacity 1.5 TR /2.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of defective front decorative grill suitable for window-type air conditioners of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity of any make, as per original model complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of air filters for window-type and split air conditioners (indoor unit) of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity of any make, as per original specifications/sample, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC flexible braided pipe of 20 mm dia for split AC condensate drain, complete as specified and directed.
