Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type, concrete pedestral mounted, self standing, double door, conforming to IP 54 and above, metal clad 22 kV VCB Panel with 3 No. VCB's, totally enclosed & fully interlocked, horizontal drawout, horizontal isolation type breaker as per relevant IS as amended upto date and additional specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism, manually charged and auto/manually closing breaker suitable for use on 22 kV , 3 Phase, 50 Hz A.C supply with short circuit fault level of 350 MVA, complete with self contained, fully interlocked, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated 3 phase 50 Hz, 22 kV, copper bus bars of fault level of min 26.3 kA for 03 sec, breaker featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip coil and auxilary switch of 4NO + 4NC and equipped with following switchgears and accessories i/c connections suitable for 3x 300 sq.mm XLPE 22 kV cable (cable entry from bottom) end termination with heat shrinkable jointing material etc. as required. (Note:- Cost of end termination not included in this item, the cost of the concrete pedestral is included)

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of an extension of existing indoor HT panel with an indoor type floor mounted metal clad 22 kV VCB Panel with 1 No. VCB's, totally enclosed & fully interlocked, horizontal drawout, horizontal vertical isolation type breaker as per relevant IS as amended upto date and additional specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism, manually charged and auto/manually closing breaker suitable for use on 22 kV , 3 Phase, 50 Hz A.C supply with short circuit fault level of 350 MVA, complete with self contained, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated 3 phase 50 Hz, 22 kV, copper bus bars of fault level of 26.3 kA for 03 sec, extended from the existing HT panel, breaker featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip coil and auxilary switch of 4NO + 4NC, space heater, light, limit switch for the door, and equipped with following switchgears and accessories i/c connections suitable for 3x 300 sq.mm XLPE 22 kV cable (cable entry from bottom) end termination with heat shrinkable jointing material etc. as required. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of BIS Compliant Class A Power Quality Meter within a outdoor enclosure confirming to IP 54 and above, on a concrete pedestral of min 1 mtr height above ground level, outdoor type, with Revenue ABT Metering Features, Graphical & Analytical TFT Display, Smart Data logging, TOD Parameters, Simultaneous Six Communication Ports: (RS232, RS485, Ethernet TCP/IP, Ethernet TCP/IP with SFP support, USB & Optical Port), Communication Protocol: (DLMS, MODBUS & IEC 61850), Aux Supply: Self + Aux Powered (48-230V AC/DC), Accuracy Class: 0.2s, (Spec as per Tamil Nadu) (Compliance to IEC61000:4-30 Ed: 3, IS17036, IS14697, IS15959, EN50160 and IEEE519-2014) as per the specifications of TANGEDCO provided in the technical specifications, including installation as per the TANGEDCO norms, including necessary termination with the outputs of friom TANGEDCO CT/PT meter in co-ordination with TANGEDCO, including commissioning support & training etc. complete as required. Supplying and laying of 110 mm size PN 6, PE 63 HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench ., complete as required.

Providing and laying of 150mm dia B class G.I pipe below 1.2 mtr, across road including cutting bituminous road and refilling with concrete to the original finish etc. complete as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, getting out the excavated soil, refilling with excavated soil after laying of cable/ pipe/ for site requirement etc. and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters, without ramming and watering etc as required.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Installation of Pre-cast Route markers engraved in a position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300 mm x 300 mm and 200 mm thickness shall be provided along the runs of cables at locations approved by the Engineer-in-charge, including excavation for fixing of the and generally at intervals not exceeding 50m.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.0mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing & fixing of 25 mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply & fixing of 25 mm x 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring washer, excavation and refilling etc. as required

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing & fixing of 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or recess for earth connection as required.

Supply & fixing of 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I nut, bolt, spring washer, excavation and refilling etc. as required

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm, mesh size 50x50 mm, all around the yard of 8 mtr x 8 mtr,of height 1.5 mtr above concrete foundation for supports using GI angles of 50 x 50 x 5 mm every 2 mtr, all around brick work and plastering at periphery of height 0.3 mtr above ground level, wire or nuts, bolts and washers, grading of the land, providing and laying a layer of sand, and aggregate of size of atleast 40 mm as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor type totally enclosed and extensible type MV LT panel, degree of enclosure protection shall be IP 42 as per IS 13947 ([part-I), with front and back openable arrangement completely made up of i/c internal partitions of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, dust tight, vermin proof totally enclosed, cubicle type floor mounting, free standing including providing and fixing of extensible type 500 A Aluminium bus bar with all accessories suitable for operation at 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C power supply system complete with all accessories, interconnection with solid Aluminium strip neutral links, earthing, painting, grouting, providing cable entry provision, cable chamber control wiring with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated FRLS copper conducor single core multistrand cables, cable gland plates, danger notice plates etc. as required and mounted with the following switch gears as per technical specification required and comprising the following :
