Sch 'a' Part - IX : MECHANICAL LAUNDRY:- Supply, install testing and commissioning of Washer Extractor 30-32 Kgs capacity, high spin suspended , made out of fully stainless body, inner basket and outer drum of stainless steel 304 grade, microprocessor controlled with moisture resistance screen, auto reverse Automatic with pneumatic valves, front loading open pocket fully stainless steel die pressed door with inner cylinder and outer drum of stainless steel 304 grade complete with built in control panel & motor and including Air compressor/ Booster pump of capacity 2 HP(if required) having the following specifications :-

(a) Microprocessor controller

(b) 24 Programmed storage capacity of 8 cycles each

(c) Basket volume: 280 ltr (minimum)

(d) Diameter : 750 mm (minimum)

Note: The dimentions and specification of the following items shall have to be as per the OEM.

Supply, install testing and commissioning of Tumble Drier of 30-35 kg capacity PLC (Programmable Logic Control) controlled with 5 programmed storage capacity with cool down features spray galvanized and powder coated outer body, fully stainless grade 304 inner cylinder, open pocket, heavy duty reversible fully automatic having the following specifications :-

(a) 5 Programmed storage capacity

(b) Dual motor drive

(c) Fully corrosion resistant spray Galvanized and powder coated,

(d) Basket size : 930 mm dia (minimum)

(e) Volume : 613 ltr (minimum)

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of Vacuum Ironing Table with Jumbo Boiler electrically operated rating 3 KW, 8-10 ltr capacity and steam pressing iron including connecting up complete all as specified for the following :-

(a) Vacuum ironing table shall be with silicon form and heat proof cloth, powder coated, with trays, side ironing stand, with silicone iron pad, suction motors full length foot pedal switch to control the suction.

(b) The vacuum board shall be uniformly perforated and covered with a stainless steel mesh for perfect and uniform steam ironing control.

(c) Suction motor shall be of 0.75 KW and other power consumption of the table shall be 1.0 kW

(d) Electric Steam Iron shall be of brand with metalized Teflon shoes and with detachable heaters with silicon hose pipe.

(e) The jumbo boiler shall be of 8 - 10 ltr capacity 3 KW with steam capacity up to 3 kgs / hour with an operating pressure 3 bar.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning Flat work ironer chest with roll dia 600mm and length 2200mm heated single roll electric heated with industrial chest type ironer with fixed roll and movable chest, spring press padding, adjustable suction fan for removal of moisture, rockwool insulation with capacity of 1-5 mtr/min complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless steel trolley of dimentions 36'' x 24'' x 27'' for shifting the cloths from washer extractor as per OEM designs and specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless steel Racks of size 1600 mm L x 535 mm W x 1830 mm H complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Wall socket with DIN Rail made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP- 44 protection single phase, neutral and earth socket with phase, neutral and earth plug watertight complete with one SPN MCB 32 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Wall Socket with DIN Rail made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP- 44 protection triple pole, neutral and earth socket with three pin, neutral and earth plug watertight complete with one TPN MCB 32 amps complete all as specified and as directed. INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix surface mounting/wall mounted LED tube light fitting 1 x 20 / 22 W with extrudedaluminium batten, high efficiency,anti glare,maintenance free operation including LED driver and mounting arrangements,all acessories internally pre wired connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable white colour with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Philips Model No BN0 21C LED 22S PSU CW GR or equivalent make in Wipro / Havells / Crompton Greaves

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 750 mm x 750 mm x 750 mm (internal size) in cement mortar 1:6 including base concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, plastering with cement mortar 1:6 including provision of MS sheet of 3.15 mm thickness complete with looking arrangement, lifting handle all as specified the item rate is deemed to be including excavation and earth work RFR and plastering in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed..

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY S & F cable route marker made up of PCC block (1:3:6) type. C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregated of size 900 mm x 300mm x 100 mm thick (45 Cm burried in ground) and properly painted as per approved colour Brown (HT) and written both side black colour paint (MES HT cable 11 KV) on route marker including necessary excavation, PCC and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) MCCB 4 pole 315 Amps, 415 volts 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting 70% - 100%, 50 KA rupturing capacity - 01 No as incoming.

(b) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 415 volts 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting 70% - 100%, 25 KA rupturing capacity - 3 No - (outgoing feeders to wasing Machines)

(c) MCCB 4 pole 125 Amps, 415 volts 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting 70% - 100%, 25 KA rupturing capacity - 3 No (outgoing feeders to 2 Nos Drying tumbler + 01 No Spare)

(d) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps, 415 volts 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting 70% - 100%, 25 KA rupturing capacity .- 1 No (for Bed sheet ironing table)

(e) MCB 4 pole 32 Amps, 415 volts 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply 10 KA rupturing capacity - 4 No for ( 3 Nos jumbo boilar + 1No Spare)

(f) MCB SPN 32 Amps - 3 Nos (for Vacume steem ironing)

(g) DOL Starter 3.0 HP, 3 phase with MCB TP 16 Amps - 02 Nos ( Air compressor & Booster Pump)

(h) LED Indicator lamps for R,Y,B with controle MCB

S &F for Slotted galvanised MS Cable tray 1.20 mm thick OF SIZE 200 mm X 50 mm fixed to wall / roof etc., including cover complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS angle iron supports including bolts / nuts, hold fasteners etc., will be measured and paid separetely under relevant items.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine to insert pipe of 80 mm G I Pipe light gread with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machinaries, alongwih Butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc required complet all as specified and as directed. Note : - G I pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
