Resurfacing of road in various place inside OCFS Factory

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber requiredusing Granite stone aggregate all as specified.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming including supply of road metal all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushing for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Paving bitumen evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete surfacing 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 80/100 by weight of total mix on existing black top surfaces mixed in mechanical hot mix plant and premixed material laid hot with mechanical paver including rolling and finishing to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonnes power road roller complete all as specified.

M&L for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow
