Comprehensive Repair/ maintenance, excluding spares but including regular maintenance of the Automatic water supply system installed at N, K Area and HalloMajra Chandigarh including carrying out complete maintenance/serving/repairs as required of all the sub systems viz. PLC based control panels (with all the accessories), breakdown maintenance and replacement of unserviceable parts, refixing of old serviceable parts / new parts if any including the followings and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- Equipments:- (i) Automation Master Control Panel/slave panel at Tube Well No.1,2 & 3 (N Area), 4,5 & 6 (K Area) and P/H No.1&2 (HalloMajra).

Note:- (i) New parts if any shall be paid under separate items as supply only. (ii) Unit rate quoted by tenderer is of checking of system fortnightly and necessary servicing, repair and the register will be maintaned to that effect. (iii) In addition to above specific emergency complaints from time to time shall be attended after receiving the same from Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The scope of work includes the charges required for removing, repairing, refixing, carrying out electrical termination and fixing/installing, testing, commissioning, etc upkeeping, cleaning of panels with blower and renewal of identy stickers (computerised) on panel all as directed.

Supply only PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) comprising of Main Controller, MMI with display, input/output. Make :- Unitronics/Mistsubishi/GE Fanuc /schneider.

Rewiring complete as per existing colour code of PLC based Slave control panel as per the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of outdoor type PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) based slave Control Panel (at P/H NO.4 & P/H NO.5) for Automatic Pump and Valve Control / Protection suitable for 01 nos.Pump. 02 Nos Motorized Butterfly Valves, 01 No. Pressure Switches, 05 nos. Magnetic Sensors and 01 No OHT. The system shall comprise of inbuilt drivers for RS 485 and wireless modem communication. The control panel shall perform the following functions:- (a) Water level sensing & display of Sump Level. (b) Automatic Operation of Pumps. (c) Automatic Operation of Motorised valves. (d) Single phasing/Phase reversal protection. (e) Manual mode operation of entire system.

Provision of new wired broad band internet connection along with static IP and any other accessories as required on the Server computer including suitable the internet charges for 12 months period as per the requirement of the Engineer in Charge including liaisoning with the service provider to upkeep the connection for period of 12 months.

Servicing of 43 Nos. Magnetic Float Switch i.e. cleaning, checking for wear and tear, checking electrical termination, testing, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Maintaining of the communication ports, and establishing communication system , including cost of communication system for every one month and maint and controling of the PHs through individual PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) based slave Panels and overall control through PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) based master panel complete system. The work has to be carried through OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maint of SCADA /Automation system and has vast experience in the relevant fields.

Maintaining of SCADA software with unlimited tags for eleven month period as per existing system. Upgration of SCADA Engineering control station with add two more screen of pump House No 04 & 05 with panel. The scope of work includes only reprogramming, library and icon creation for graphical display of the system automated water supply screen. The software shall have user defined soft keys for remote operation of pumps and valves and navigation keys for shifting between screens required by the all as directed & specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of valve pit chamber of size 120 x120 x120 cm with brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4, all internal surface to be plastered in cement mortar 1:4 and floor 100mm thick in cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, including 6.00 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed with angle iron frame 40x40x6mm thick with locking arrangement and lifting handle including two coats of anti- corrosive synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces including necessary earth work and PCC coping in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of calcium based granular (Calcium hypochlorit granular) disinfectant for Chlorination of water having more stable than chlorine gas and contains no mercury, no heavy metal contamination, supported with test certificate, all as specified and including daily testing of water from different locations in presence of MES / Medical authority from SHO/MI Room and maintaining record of test result in a register and otaining signature of Medical Authority for all as specified. Note :- (a) The supply of Grannular Chemical and testing of water samples for the period of 11 months. (b) Water samples collected and tested daily basis in presence of Medical / SHO Authority, Register in this regards shall be maintained and submitted by the tenderer to Engineer-in-Charge. (c) The tenderer is fully responsible for chlorination of water every day. (d) Supply of chemical shall be made in standard packages alongwith test certificate. (e) Expiry date of chemical should not be less than 12 months from the date of supply.
