Erection of steel tubular pole length exceeding 12 mtrs but not exceeding 16 mtrs in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc as req.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11kV overhead lines complete with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turnbuckle (20 mm X 600 mm),7/ 4.00 mm dia G.l stay wire and 11kV strain insulator etc in cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coase sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm normal size) foundation incluiding exavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11kV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mmX6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductor complete 50 mm X6 mm MS plat iron clamps, iron clamps, bolts and nuts incluiding drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washer etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying of 75 mm X 40 mm X 6mm channel iron pole top bracket /cross arm for single 11/22/33KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supply of two lengths of angle iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (4.5 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for 11kV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the primer and finish paint as required for Cradle guard

Supply of angle iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (4.5 kg per metre) for running earth support complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the primer and finish paint as required

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11 KV/22KV/33KV Overhead lines etc. as required

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel, cross arm on steel tublar/PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supply and erection of 11 KV grade, composite Silicone rubber disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required Minimum Failing Load-45KN, 320mm Creepage distance . As per IEC 61109, Grey Colour (As per TPS)

Supplying and erection of 11 kV grade , 5kN, Silicone rubber, Fibre Glass rod (FRP), Boran free, Composite polymer pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts,washers etc. as required. Sectional Length -342 ± 20 mm, Creepage distance-320 mm minimum, As per IEC 61109

Erection of AAA conductor of 125 sqmm diameter including binding etc. as required. (55 x 50 x 3 x 0.342kg/mtr = 2822 Kg) + (2822*3% wastage=85 kg) = 2907 kg

Erection of AAA Conductor upto 55 sgmm diameter 7/3.15mm) including binding etc as required. (55 x 50 x 0.149 kg/mtr = 410Kg) + 12 kg (3% wastage) = 422 kg

Supply, Weaving/fabrication and erection of craddle guard as required

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper / aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms insulators etc as required

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embeded in cement concrete foundation etc.as required

Supply, installation and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system, earth resistance upto 01 ohm with test certificate. Specification: Earthing electrode-50/3 MTPCB, 3M X 58mm, THK:50, 250 Micron copper coating on GI Pipe, Terminal Size-40/6, Inner strip-25x3, Filling material-BFC silica base bentonite powder 5OKg, Earth pit digging by spiral machine, Pit Cover- Poly Plastic (BIG) Primary earthing electrode (outer pipe) of 99.9% pure copper coating(250micron) on GI Pipe( diameter 58mm)X3mtrs. The hollow space of the electrode is duly filled with a highly conductive and non corrosive compound (graphite power) which safeguards the secondary electrode getting corrode over a long period of time under the soil. Also the compound ensures the easy distribution of leakage/fault current lands on the electrode, Both the ends of the electrode are permanently sealed and the top portion of the earth electrode is compressed to form and extended lead with 2 holes on the terminal for connecting to the load/equipment. (suitable conductor/cable will be supplied by dept as per requirement and purpose)

Dismantling and re-erection of 11 kV Grade 400A/800A double break Horizontal type GOAB Switch (Complete with all limbs, vertical pipe support, Structural Steel, joist support for handle ) on the double pole cross arm.

Total impact of Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
