DISMANTLING: Dismantling of all damage fire bricks from the furnace chamber such As 9 nos Roast Bricks. Ash collection bricks (M.K-16 to M.K-24) 9 Sets angle or shaped bricks M.K-88-18 nos. M.K-100-4nos., M.K-101-4 nos refractory / side bricks M.K-27-18nos. M.K-29-18 nos through clearing of as collection chamber, air ducts by removing the ash inside the furnished chamber for patch repairing purpose.
REMOVING OF STACK: Removing the broken bricks & all rubbishes to outside crematory/ dumping ground incl. loading, unloading, stacking & cost for transportation during patch repairing purpose .

CLEANING AND REPAIRING OF FUEL DUCT PASSAGE: Removing the complete damaged R.S bricks and R.S slab of the (U.G) duct passage of the furnace chamber and thorough cleaning of the duct passage upto the start of brick build chimney by removing ash/carbon particles and relining the same with R.S Slabs & R.S bricks after mending good damages in the duct passages with insulation brick and red brick (1:4) with all necessary cementing masonry work
CLEANING AND REPAIRING OF FUEL DUCT PASSAGE: Supply & Fixing of R.S. slab after removing the same with necessary fire clay mortar.
HEATING ELEMENT: Supply and fixing the Heating element (Heatco make) of capacity 4.5 K.W to be working in supply voltage of 240 V 50 Hz made from 80/20 Nicrome wire of 8 SWG in coiled coil from welded S.S stud on both ends. The coil should be inserted into the groove of existing coil brick after proper cleaning and the S.S Studs housed into the ceramic caller tube wrapped. With asbestos rope for tight fitting and sealing as heat proof extended S.S stud to be connected brass/ copper connector with complete connection in all respect of existing system.
HEATING ELEMENT: Supplying and fixing the terminal connector having drill holes for inserting S.S stud of 8.5 mm dia and connection point of existing copper wires of overall dimension 80mm long x25mm square shape.
THERMOCOUPLE: a) Supply and fixing the thermocouple of heat sensing range 0-1200 deg. C having (Cr-A1) sensor house in S. Sd 304 casing of dimension 1200 mm long x 22 mm OD complete encased in to it and fitted terminal on other end for connection of compensating wire. Heatco make

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length,fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof.
