Erection of Towers & Gantry

Erection of Superstructure of 220 KV Towers and Gantry and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories , but including fitting of danger number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10 mm/ 12 mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of River Crossing toweer & Anchor towers.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc of ACSR 'ZEBRA' conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting Armour rods, vibration dampers etc on all six phases of 220 KV DC lines.

Stringing of ACSR Zebra Conductor by Hot Line Stringing Method.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, joining etc of OPGW & termination at S/S Gantry end.

Grounding work including earth work etc for pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt.
