To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained of referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are ensumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule. Note :- Tenderer / Bidders to insert rate percentage in the column No. '6' of this BOQ. (b) Tenderer / Bidder shall refer and select the option excess(+) or less(-) column No. '5' of this BOQ to quote the percentage above / below MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II (2020). (c) In case any bidder desire to offer rates at par SSR shall insert '0' in the column No. '6' of this BOQ. (d) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract work shall be priced at rates given in SSR-2020 (Part-II) and adjusted by the Percentage quoted by the tenderer on this page.
