Supply & fixing of pressed steel frames (chowkats) consisting of 18 gauge thick steel sheet of the specified section (standard design latest) including iron lugs iron hinges, confirming to PWD specifications including bolts for fixing stops, lock etc. complete. a) Doors and windows frame of size 118 mm x 60 mm wide single rebate weighing 3.43 kg per meter. Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/ Tor Steel Bar) Bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985, for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and placing in position complete. (CSR Item No. 18.18 )

Providing & fixing CI/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts slucie valves ISI marked, 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, bolt & insertion sheet all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer-in-charge). A) Class PN-1 as per ISI b) 100mm i/d Sluice Valves Flanged (CSR Item No. 28.27 )

c) 150mm i/d Sluice Valves Flanged (CSR Item No. 28.27 )

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media screened, washed and cleaned as described below :- a) Top layer :- Fine sand screened, cleaned ans washed and graded (effective size 0.2 to 0.4 mm with uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00) from Pathankot or other approved source. Providing & fixing 560mm, 500mm and 450mm internal Diametre circular or 455 mm x 610mm clear inside opening rectangular cast iron manhole cover and frame ISI marked as per IS12592-2002 including carriage from the stores of the Engineer-in-charge to site of work, loading, unloading including stacking and setting the same to correct lines and levels in 1:2 cement sand mortar over manholes including cement concrete copping (1:2:4)around the frame etc.Dia of steel for lifting hook is 16mm. NS) Providing & fixing Aluminium Ladder inside the tank should consist of 60 cm wide ladder make from aluminium section LS 974 size, 66.68 x 31.75 x 4mm, weight 1.27 kg/mtr with steps made out of aluminium section H, SP 3024 Size 35 x 16.70 x 1.60 mm, weight 0.362 kg/mtr to be fixed one side in the top dome and other side in the bottom dome including liffiting from ground to vessel of the OHSR 250 Cum capacity etc.
