Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand (M.sand) and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for flooring and wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing including using power trowel for maintaining uniform level in the Godown flooring etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing expansion joint at 5mtr intervels across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractos own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead, lift and other incidental charges etc.., complete and as directed by executive engineer.

Brick Work in C.M 1:5 (one cement, Five M.sand) mix using II class chamber burnt Ground Moulded bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x2 3/4" / Fly Ash bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including scaffolding, curing etc., complete complete complying with standard Specification.

The Cantilever Trusses making with Mild Steel Hollow Tube Section of Size 50x50x2.50mm for bottom and Rafter members and cross members tie up with 25x25x2.50mm size of MS Square tube sections also the Two trusses tie up with 4 Nos of Purlins to a Length of 5.10m and size of 100x50x2.50mm Rectangular Section, the Purlins to be filled with required MS Cleat Angle, the roof shelter to be covered with colour Galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with required curved at the end of sheet and the rate inclusive of Cost of Materials like MS Square / Rectangular hallow tubes and colour Galvalume Roofing Sheet and required self threaded screws with bushes also including necessary masonry work to be errected the cantilever trusses the trusses and Purlins to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer etc. complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The trusses and Roofing sheets should be got approved from the depatmental Engineers before use on Work.)

Damp proof course with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Four crushed stone sand) 12mm thick mixed with best approved quality water proofing compound conforming to Indian Standard specification as specified by the departmental officers at 2% by weight of cement used, finishing and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing MS Grills for open courtyard, grill to doors, windows and ventilators etc., using necessary flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed or welded to masonry or column including necessary dismantling or marking holes and redoing the same to original condition as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of providing one coat of best quality red oxide primer complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.4 kg. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centres forming protection to the loading platform finishing in fllush with the slab.

Supply, fabrication and delivery of MS doors with outer frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with MS flat of size 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including cost of materials, fabrications charges, transportation charges, labour charges for fixing etc.., complete complying with standard specification. Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter. (Solid panel PVC door with frame)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Engineer-incharge before use on work

Supplying and dellivery, fabrication and fixing Mild Steel Fixed Ventilators in one frame in position of size 0.45M x 0.60M with 40x40x6mm angle frame (glazed) and at the centre portion of the ventilator with 2 nos of 16mm dia MS square bars and fixed with wiremesh with necessary weldings on the outer face etc., The frames to be provided with two numbers hold fast 230mm long and painting the ventilator with two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer confirming to standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Repairs and Servicing the existing damaged wooden / iron ventilators, etc.., including cost of replacing worn out materials labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. (The contractor should take over the AC sheets on buy back policy).

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate Sheet of size 3.00m x1.06m of 6mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading, unloading and transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing 6mm thick asbestos cement sheets fully corrugated including cost of sheets, U or J bolts, bitumen washers and labour charges etc.., complete as directed by the departmental officers. The old sheets should be taken over by the contractor on buy back policy.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of solar reflective ceramic tiles of (cooling tiles) size 305mm x 305mm x 7mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Cup board shutters with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1 mm thick fixed on the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings such as hydraulic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc.., as directed by the departmental officers. (The design, pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Engineer-incharge before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, stainless steel gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of removing the existing wornout grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works)

Dadooing walls with ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm best approved quality white / colour tiles set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two plastering sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Preparation of stack plan by using two coats of emamel paint having width of 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking with templates, the rate is inclusive of all labour charges and all materials cost and all other incidental charges etc.., as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting old wood work with two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including thorough scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour with synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat after thorough scrapping in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.)

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes (having working pressure 10 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
