SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO CR-02 FOLLOWERS AND CERTAIN BLDG AT HRI UNDER GE(VD) KOLKATA

B/R PORTION Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description from roof surface including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm Providing Cement Concrete, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded Stone aggregate), as in roof padding, of thickness as required on site, for making good depression/undulation, roof kerb etc, finished even and fair complete all as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 over roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coats of bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish @ 0.10 litre per sqm over APP membrane.

S&F for liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coveringsall as specified and directed.( any height of bldg )

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.(any height of bldg )

S&F for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed. Note :-Any height of bldg

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed specified . Note :-Any height of bldg

S&F for wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes , notching for wire etc ; flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting ,etc., and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.
