SPL REPAIR TO EXISTING UNSERVICEABLE COPPER/ GI PLATE EARTHING AND GI WIRE EARTHING FOR VARIOUS BLDGS AT AEC TRG COLLEGE AND ENTRE PACHMARHI

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Copper strip 32x6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and dow conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GE earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil / strata and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to Copper strip earth lead of size 25.x6 mm dia by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Copper strip 25x6 mm size with 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade as protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

M&L chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm thick & copper earth strip of 32 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-n-charge.

M&L for PCC block (1:2:4) of size (0.15x0.15x0.15) mtr for grouting / fixing of Air termination rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-n-charge.
