M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement motar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work, kerb stone and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down with water and dispose off debries where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed. incl WPC @ 200ML per 50kg cement bag or as manufacture instruction Note-WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement motar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc incl taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down with water and dispose off debries where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Applying 2 mm thick wall care putty to achieve even and smooth surfaces on old scraped surfaces or new plasterd surfaces and obtain using sand paper complete all as specified and directed. Note-Entire spalashes in floor shall be cleaned immediately after completion of periodical services.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of newly plasterd surfaces of walls, pillars cornces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New surface work (Two coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm each coat) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces incl preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : old surface work (one coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm each coat) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion RCC at any height and in any sitution floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of wheater proof emulsion paint to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick acrylic sheet board of High quality with Media printing of 3m of best quality incl stainless steel stud (size of board , design of bd , type of print on sheet , size of stud not less than 35mm x 22mm dia, samples of letter, pictures, writing will be provided by accepting officer or Engr-in-Charge) and fixed at any height from GL complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling of existing damaged / rusted sheets. Note : Minimum weight of Acrylic Sheet not less than 4.70 kg per sqm. (Acrylic sheet make A Cast / Astari / Marka Cipta and stainless steel of grade A-ISI 304(1818) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for PVC hollow wall panelling 7 to 8mm thick any colour/design approved by engr-in-charge, inclusive of fixing on to wall incl moulding end caps fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as required at site complete all as specified and directed
