Lifting of equipments from the bore and replacement of damaged parts, pipes, cable, clamp, tail piece, end , nut bolts etc and again lowering of the equipments with the help of manpower and chain pulley taking all safety measures. Replacement of all faulty electrical parts and motor protection unit upto the satisfaction of Engineer in charge at the following sites:- 1. Bijwasan T/Well E-93 Khet Wala 2. Bijwasan T/Well at Jat Choupal 3. Salapur T/Well near Gali No. 7 4. Salapur T/Well near Gali No. 5
S/O PVC insulated PVC sheathed flat submersible cable with plain copper conductor having three core 4 sq mm 415/1100V (each roll 100 mtr) Make :- Fort Gloster/ICL/CCI/ICC/Universal/Grandlay/Havells/DJB approved
Making/supply of 50mm, 3 mtr long approx double flanged (OD 130mm)GI Pipe,medium conforming to IS:1239(2004)SWS,B Class having 3 No L-Type brackets duly welded on each side of flange. The flanges having four holes and One cut for cable. Make- TATA/Jindal Hisar
G.I tail piece 50 mm dia 0.5 mtr. Long with one end threaded & other end flanged having 3 No L-Type brackets duly welded with flange having 4 Nos. hole & cut for cable.
Rubber gaskets 50 mm dia.
S/O nut bolts of size ½"x2" long M.S Make:- A-one/ISI mark
Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry elclosure with cover plate having locking arrangements and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. (One Panel should have Two separate earthing)
Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip at 0.5 mtr below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required (jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 02 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)
Providing & fixing of 04 pole ELCB 63 Amp on each Panel. Make :- L&T/Havells/DJB Approved.
Grouting of existing LT Panel with 1:2:4 C:C material. Work includes grouting of both legs with C:C material to provide proper strenght
