RequiredBidder must have completed at least 3 projects worth minimum of INR 50 lakhs each total -50X3-150 lakhs minimum of Supply and implementing similar software and IT equipments in any State Government or Public sector undertakings

RequiredBidder should be authorized partner of the OEM product proposed. Bidder should have an office in Karnataka or else should give an undertaking that an office shall be established if found successful in bidding.

RequiredBidder should have a local presence and existence for a period of at least 3 years and experience in providing similar services to Private entities or State Government or Public sector undertakings

RequiredBidder should have more than INR.01 Cr average annual turnover during last three financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24

RequiredBidder should not be debarred by any procurement entity in Central Government / State Government and its Departments for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices for any reasons whatsoever at the time of bidding.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
