Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Eco friendly of 82.5 KVA silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, AC 415 volt, 50Hz, .08PF at 1500 RPM acoustic enclosure made out of CRCA Sheet powder coated, specially designed lifting arrangement/hooks, meet the latest CPCB IV+ norms for Noise and Exhaust Emission engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and self exciled, self regulated, Automatic voltage regulation, class 'H' insulation type alternator, with AMF (Automatic mains faliure) panel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(ii) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE (a)The Enclosure is of modular construction. (b)Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors (c) The sheet metal components are 9 tanks pre-trreated and is Polyester based powder coated for long life

(iii) Alternator (a) Continous operation rated at 1500 rpm, 415V,.80 PF, 50.00Hz Ph in SPDP enclosure, self -excited, self -regulated Brush less, floor mounted asper IS:4722.BS EN 60034-1 & suitable for tropical condition. (b) Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure. (c)The walls of enclosure are insulated with the fire-retardant & (f) In-build draw in type fuel tank. (g)The walls of enclosure are insulated with the fire-retardant & noise absorbent foam/Rockwool so as to comply with the noise level of 75dB (A) at distance of 1 mtr, in open free field envirement as per ISO 8528 part 10 specified by ministry of Envirement & Forest.

(iv) Batteries :- Maintenece free suitable batteries of 12 /24 Volt complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battary terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolite complete as recommended by OEM.

(v) Handling and operation :- (a) Low vibration,best in class fuel consumption with electronic fuel injection system (b) Class G3 Governing in its range,. Which gives better accuracy in decreasing the speed drop in transient and lowering the recovery time of the speed. (c) Confirms to statutory Govt. CPCB IV+ emission & noise level norms (d) Nuts-bolts,hardware are of stainless steel for longher life (e) Doors are gasketd with high quality EPDN gaskets tio avoid leakage of sound. (f) Low cost of service, spares and operation cost. (g) Sheet metal components are 9 tanks pre-treated and is polyester based powder coated for long life.

vi) Generator Monitoring Panel: Comprising of following:- (a) Microprocessor based genset contoller (POWER COMMAND for metering, monitoring, governing and protection. (b) Engine protection for low lub oil pressure, high coolant temperature (alarm & shutdown) (c) Alternator protection parameters like under voltage, over current, under frequency, over frequency (Alarm & shut down) (d) Relay drivers for remote annuciations (e) Cyclic cranking (f) Auto/manual start/ stop (g) Alternator trim adjustment from the front key pad (h) Operates within a temperature range 0- 60 degrees C and humidity upto 95%. (j) Remote monitoring capabilty through separate interface modules. (k) Genset metering parameters like lube oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine speed(rpm), run hours, DC voltage, intake manifold temperature, 3 phase volts and 3 phase amperes, frequency, KW, KVA, power factor etc.

Vii) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure, high water temparature and over speeding of engine. viii) Coupling arrangement : - Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling fly wheel housing. ix) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separtely mounted to manufacturer base frames. viii) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC 250 of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes. ix) Fuel Tank :- Daily service made out of 3mm thick HR sheet top and bottom with caliberated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, fuel pump of suitable capacity complete on a common base within the Acoustic Enclosure. (x) Auto Main Failure (AMF) : Microprocessore based cubical panel indoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 2mm thick conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC 50Hz having copper bus bar capacity required to carry current at 110% load of capacity with three phase and half neutral colour coded, prewired with copper cable of suitable size all as standard practice of manufacturer specifications with the following accessories:- (a) Microprocessor based MCCB 3 pole, including 3-Ph contactor and O/L Relay for alternator. (b) Digital Ammeter 0-800A with selector switch of suitable capacity with CTs (c) Digital Voltmeter with slector switch (d) Digital frecuency meter (e) Digital KW meter (f) Digital KWH meter panel mounted type (g) Digital PF meter

Material and labour for disconnecting all electical, earthing connection etc of existing 2xDG set of any capacity and shifting the same from existing location to E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of all T&P required shall be included in the rate quoted by contractor.
