(A) LAUNDRY PLANT Repair/Preventive maintenance of existing Laundry Plant make - STEFAB including labour for replacement of spare parts of the following equipments/machinery, required during contract period by the OEM of the Laundry plant i.e. STEFAB or any other manufacturing company of Laundry Machines having CE certified, ISO company and as approved by GE .

Flat bed press Model:FP-150- 01 No, Make:- STEFAB NOTES : - (A) Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items as supply only. (B) Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive for the following: - (i) Contractor shall enter into an agreement with OEM / Authorised Dealer for AMC for the contract period and shall submit the same within 15 days after the acceptance of work to GE (S) Pune. (ii) The contractor shall arrange for Scheduled Maintenance visits (as per OEM Guideline) as well as for any breakdown or emergency visit by the OEM / Authorised Dealer's Engineer/Technician. Necessary documents in respect of all visits by OEM's rep / Authorised dealer's rep shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge. On Failure of Attending any Breakdown / Emergency Calls within 24 Hours of reporting such complaints, a Penal Recovery of Rs. 15,000/- (per visit) shall be made from the Contractor's Dues. (iii) Any type of defect needs to be attended within 24 hrs from the information conveyed directly or telephonically as well.

(iv) Contractor shall arrange monthly visit of qualified and experienced Technician / Engineer for Inspection, dismantling and taking down the needful items in connection to carry out necessary repair/maintenance of all machines of Laundry Plant and labour for replacement of spares and complete assembling after repair/overhauling, servicing, cleaning and testing so as to make the machine functional in all aspects to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge. (v) Cost of minor parts such as nuts, bolts, screws, clamps, T&Ps, oiling, greasing, cleaner liquid for steam pipes, GI/SS fittings, V-belts etc, Servicing and programming setting / resetting of the display card of Laundry Machines shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Cleaning of chocked Steam pipelines and steam trap Valves and welding and replacement of coupling, joints, union etc if required to stop leakage of water and steam from the pipelines. (vii) The cost of transportation if any required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only Hose Pipe for Drain - Straight 3" of STEFAB part No AX120MF019 for washer extractor of model AXE-120 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Hose Pipe for Detergent - L Shape 3" of STEFAB part No AX120MF020 for washer extractor of model AXE-120 complete all as specified and as directed.
