Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 7.5 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 75 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, inclduing dismantling of old brick work complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 using 40mm graded brick coarse aggregate as in sunken floor filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40m graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, finished even and rough to receive top layer, all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to SUNKEN PORTION and adjoining walls of kitchen, WC, Bath & Toilet, etc, as follows, complete all as specified & directed :- (a) 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer's instructions shall be provided on sunken portion after roughening of surfaces. (b) Apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg /Sqm of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Pond curing of sunken portion for minimum of 48 hours. (e) Paste one layer of 3mm thick APP membrance with bitumen by torch application to the the treated sunkensurface. (f) Joints/ traps /WC /soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off the premises complete as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, joint free, first quality, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid, joint free first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 Square Metre but not exceeding 0.18 Square Metre, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid, joint free first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.18 Square Metre but not exceeding 0.36 Square Metre, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

16mm thick baroda green marble stone slabs, width and length as per site requirement, best quality machine cut and polished to be fixed in floors,cooking plateform, tread, raiser of steps and vertical surfaces etc and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing, cutting / rounding of edges and corners where required with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of roof, finished even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), inclunding using water proofing compound complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc as per manufacturer instructions , complete all as specified & directed.

Note : (i) The work pertains to the drain pipes/ fittings of the WC / bath of MAP quarters installed under side of the roofs.
