Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (All required materials like Stay rod 20X1800 mm, Stay wire 10 KG, Stay clamp, Loop Insulator Bolt & nut and grouting materials will be arranged by the contractor)

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (All required materials Stay rod 16X1800mm, Stay wire 5 KG„ Stay clamp, Loop Insulator Bolt & nut and grouting materials will be arranged by the contractor)

Laying and Stringing of LT (3x120+1x95+1x16) sq.mm ABC with Spreading and stringing of 1 wire continuous weasel conductor for neutral including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor. (All require materials i.e clamp, insulator, I hook, Suspension clamp, nut & bolts etc will be arranged by the contractor except ABC & ACSR Weasel Conductor).

Erection & Commissioning of distribution boxes/kiosk on the LT poles including all clamps & materials required, connections & sealing its connection in between Distribution Box & ABC cable,1x35/16 sq. mm LT PVC cable with required materials (All require materials i.e. clamp, insulator, piercing Connector, 1x35 and 1x16 sq mm cable, nut & bolts etc will be arranged by the contractor)

Erection of 13 mtr single support (for 33 KV double Ckt line) with fixing of necessary 3 No. V Type X-arm, 33 Kv Pin Insulator with GI Pin with Nuts, guarding and clamps and other accessories like one no. cross arm, one no. guarding angle. (All material will be arranged by the contractor except ST Pole)

Erection of 13 mtr. double pole including fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like m.s .channel, guarding and bracing angle, disc insulator with fitting (B & S Type 70 KN), 33 KV pin insulator with Pin etc. (All material will be arranged by the contractor except 13 mtr. STP)

Erection of 13 mtr Four pole including fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like m.s. channel, guarding and bracing angle, disc insulator with fitting ( B & S Type 70 KN), 33 KV pin insulator with Pin etc. (All material will be arranged by the contractor except 13 mtr. STP)

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 11 mtr section/double pole support with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like top channel, bracing angle, insulator etc. (All material will be arranged by the contractor except 11 mtr. STP)

Erection, Grouting earthing and painting of complete structure for Line and Bus Isolator and Installation of 33 KV Line/Bus Isolator with all fitting in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastering of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. (All required material like structure, isolator clamps nut and bolts etc and concreting materials like cement, ballast, Sand, Labour, Line/Bus Structure with fitting will be provided by the contractor.)

Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia and 2.54 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. (All material provided by the contractor).

Grouting of ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks Ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. (as per RESSPO) (All required material provided by contractor.)

Spreading and stringing of 3 Phase 6 wire continuous conductor for Double circuit 33 KV line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole.

Spreading and stringing of 03 No. G.I. wire 8 SWG for guarding of 33 KV line and knitting with G.I. wire for making guard at an interval of 5 Meters. The lacing nearest to the support will be about 1.5 Mtr. (All required material provided by contractor.)

Construction of 1x1 sq mtr. cable trench with water drainage system as per attached Annexure. (All Material i.e. stone, sand, cement etc provided by contractor).

Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in Pakka Trench. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.)

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by manual method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road with the help of Sand, Brick & Patiya including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material provided by Contractor except 33 KV XPLE Cable).

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by machine drill method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 33 KV Cable provided by Contractor).

Laying of cable by manual/machine drill method with the help of HDPE in all horizontally under the road, minimum1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 33 KV.3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in 8'' dia HDPE Pipe including cartage. (HDPE pipe will be provided by contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Making of Busbar at 33/11 KV Switchyard new Khushrobagh with the help of Busbar gantry with grouting, earthing & painting (All required material provided by contractor except ACSR Dog Conductor)

Fixing of H.S. type cable joints & end terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable conforming to IS-15573 of 1992, VDE-0278, ESI-0913 & 7098 (all Jointing kit provided by contractor.

33 KV 3x300 sq mm Straight Through joints (Make Geesel/Raychem/3M)

33 KV 3x300 sq mm O/D End Terminations. (Make Geesel/Raychem/3M)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. (All material provided by contractor except 33 KV cable)

Hanging of single 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable with the help of stay wire 7/10swg, Nut and bolts, MS Channel, I hook and clamp. (All material provided by contractor except 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XPLE Cable )

Fixing of Outdoor jointing kit. (Make Geesel/Raychem/3M) 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable. (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Installation of Sign board at site after complition of work. Sign board size 3x4 feet with stand. (Writing material and sign board design will be provided by department and Sign Board, Stand and Grouting materials provided by contractor, Sing board will be provided by contractor as per sample provided by department.)

Photo and Videography before and after the work will be provided by the contractor in soft & hard colour copy (size 8x10" album) and soft copy of video in minimum 1080 p quality in Pen drive in 3 set.

Restoration Charges of existing utilities like Telephone, Water Pipe Line, Sever Line etc.
